Would definitely recommend, very helpful, secured a good mortgage deal and life insurance.

Rob was very helpful and found us two good policies. However, the process itself was too difficult. We had emails and letters coming in from different people/companies asking the same questions over and over. Also, because I am awaiting a referral to the hospital the new companies failed to guarantee they would cover me or not increase the price significantly. I felt it was much safer to retain my current cover until matters are resolved.

Everything clearly explained. I didn’t feel under pressure to agree to anything.

We've all done it - shoved the life insurance and mortgage protection documents at the back of a cupboard and never looked at / reviewed for years! This was me but I'm so glad I took a chance and spoke to these guys. I realised that the cover I took out 15 years ago was no longer relevant but getting my head around what I actually needed was rather daunting.

I spoke to a really helpful, cheerful and enthusiastic advisor (Reuben) who had the patience of Job!! He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable but equally happy to investigate if he wasn't sure. Reuben was on hand every step of the way and welcomed my questions. Everything was in place quickly and I feel much more protected than I would have been had I not reviewed my policies.

this turned out to be a good experience , when i only wanted a quote to start with , but during our conversation it was quickly pointed out to me that the cover I had in place was not valid due to someone entering the wrong details and would not have paid out had the worst happened. I was so pleased that I took the quote given straightaway , great service . Thanks guys
