While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Received a letter full of lies. this company does not look to injunct, this company does not look to find planning changes. this company signs you up to the highest rate possible and then gives it to another company to do all the work. - find a firm that has surveyors not this agency who said i have a claim even though i did not.

Thank you for your review. We take accuracy and transparency seriously and would like to clarify a few points.

We do not send false or misleading correspondence. Any initial letter is based on a surveyor-led desktop assessment identifying properties expected to be materially affected by a proposed development and which may give rise to a potential right-to-light issue. It is not a determination that a legal claim has been established, nor a guarantee of compensation or any specific outcome.

Right-to-light matters are inherently technical and can be lengthy processes. They require detailed surveying analysis and, where progressed, legal input. Working with specialist surveyors and legal professionals is standard practice in this sector. However, we remain actively involved throughout and manage the process. It is incorrect to suggest that another company “does all the work.”

We do not issue injunctions, nor suggest that we do — any injunctive relief is a matter solely for the courts and arises only in rare cases.

No one is engaged without informed consent. Scope, fees and next steps are explained in advance, agreed before work begins, and proceeding is entirely optional.

We have no record of corresponding with anyone under your name, but we would welcome the opportunity to review any specific communication directly and address any misunderstanding constructively.
