So far so good- quick ordering process.
Contacted this company to ask them to replace spiral balances on a sash window in York. Always very quick responses from head office. Two visits so far - initial quote and then a survey from the York Team Leader today. Both visitors were on time and very polite- seemed professional. Surveyor today advised that less work was required than originally thought (window in better condition) so I am awaiting a revised invoice and a time slot. Excellent service so far - but early days and I will update review once the work has been scheduled and completed.
