Quite bad

Pathetic. System broken, could not get my packet.

Pathetic. First their system was broken, and on the second try the code shows as invalid, although storebox message (at odds with UPS message) states i can pick up the packet til tomorrow. Support is useless: did nothing for me on the first call, and the bot just hung up on me on the second pickup try, without letting me to state the problem. I guess I never get this delivery. EDIT, after reply: it is absolutely your responsibility to have a functioning system: 100% your fault on my first try (system down), not sure on the share for the code-malfunction. UPS was *not* able to fix it, and I never got my order - major time waste for me, and money loss for the company. Never again.

Good

Good. My only negative was I would have liked to be able to transfer my account from Mainz to aschaffenburg. I've had a box there for a few years and moved to aschaffenburg. Loyal customer etc. Offer some kind of reward.

Good day,
first of all, it is not specified that there is no elevator or other means of transporting your items at the downstairs level. Or if it is specified somewhere it is not easy to find this very important information. I have back problems and carrying heavy weights on the stairs is very hard for me. I contacted your service team but they were not very helpful, I would say even cold and unfriendly suggesting me an alternative that was actually not very helpful and obvious. To get another available box on the first level smaller or bigger, an alternative that I saw on the site myself so I can't consider this of any help. Smaller it doesn't fit my needs and bigger it's obviously more expensive. So, considering I was misled by the incomplete info on your site, your customer service could at least offer me a discount for another bigger storage space, or a discount for the inconvenience, on my present contract.
I consider your service team handled the matter in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner.

I used storebox when in Salzburg

I used storebox when in Salzburg. It is located near the station and it has been so useful to discover the city with no luggage. Moreover, its support service was so kind. I highly recommend it!

Very quick to obtain online. I give 4 stars for now

I will give 4 stars for now simply on how easy it is to register for a storage box online. I immediately got the code for my store box via email once payment was received from paypal. I went directly to the box to test the codes and all was successful. I am pleased with how easy it all is. I am storing my household goods for a 6 month contract. I will see how the overall customer service is throughout this time. Otherwise, I highly recommend for anyone in need of fast and safe indoor storage.

Recommended, good place

Easy to find and book storage online, codes for doors entrance and storage working. Clean space, protected with a cameras.
Few years ago I book similar storage place but codes never working, strange people inside storage. So I don't feel than my things are protected and safe .
This place it's perfect.So I recommend.

The lights on the top floor did not…

The lights on the top floor did not switch on so I had to walk around with my torch. There are no big trolleys - the only one there was broken. The padlocks provided are not secure at all.

Very easy to book and use

Very easy to book and use, no hassle’s! As an American living in Germany you do not often see such well organized concepts. Only problem I have is the location is too central and makes loading and unloading a bit difficult.

Great solution, highly recommended

The directions are super easy, the storage room is huge, easy to find, easy to use, after you pay you get a massage with all the details, no need to call nor mail, very simple, I already recommend it to my friends, plus it's 24h!!!

The fact that it is all online leaves…

The fact that it is all online leaves less to be desired. If you have a questions, you have to wait hours and even a day before someone contacts you.

They say that you can cancel at anytime but that is not true! You are still obligated to a full year even after you change your mind and cancel in less than 24 hours, so beware!!!!

I would not recommend this company! If I had known any of this before I signed up, I would not have done it.
