Excellent and very helpful when sending emails .

I searched for the best prices for our tickets. There is 9 of us going to Orlando, so a huge chunk of money. I came across mention of Your Ticket Genie on several facebook pages and every one was gushing with praise for Tracey. So I called and sure enough she was so lovely and helpful. I booked all the tickets online for a £10 deposit for each one, and now I can pay off money over the next few months as it’s given to me by various family members. I highly recommend this business as the friendliest and cheapest!

Bought tickets via the deposit route and paid off the balance several months later, process was super easy and we had the ticket vouchers emailed within a few hours with full instructions on how to redeem them (paid for the tickets in the evening and had them by 7am the next morning). We then recieved another email to inform us the process for redeeming the tickets had changed slightly with new instruction to follow, can't fault the process at all and they were by far the cheapest we could find :)

Wish I had found them sooner as spent a fortune over the years on tickets. No issues, no problems, flawless service

This our second year with YTG and service along with pricing have been A1.

Pricing?Our dealings have been about Orlando and the times of the year we travel and out of all the more established ticket companies YTG have always been the cheapest.

I highly recommend this company, communication is excellent throughout including, pricing, information and any queries regarding the process of tickets. Tracy and her team replied to emails and enquiries quickly and efficiently. Ticket prices were cheapest by far compared to other companies that I received quotes from. I will use this service again. Great customer service and price!

Second year running using YourTicketGenie. Not only are they the lowest-priced tickets across the board. Customer service has been incredible from booking the parks to collecting the tickets.

Can't fault them. Tracy has helped give more info about each ticket I was looking at, offering a better deal for one I hadn't seen for one of them. She let me know when the sale price for SeaWorld was ending so I wouldn't miss out. E-tickets delivered very quickly. My only regret is that I didn't know about Genie before for my many trips away, especially Orlando

Tracy is fantastic always helpful and full of knowledge, I contact via email and they always reply with the hour, no matter what questions they are patient and will answer them. I have used them for the second year and I have found the price they quote is a lot cheaper than others.

Despite it being a last-minute decision to visit Disneyland Paris for the day, Tracey made the process seamless. She booked everything swiftly and had the tickets ready within half an hour. She also helped with any questions I had about the park without any hassle. I’ll definitely be using her services again in the future.

Super responsive and helpful, As first time visitors to Orlando the park ticket options are a bit overwhelming, particularly if you don't want 14 days in Disney! Tracey answered my queries and made the whole process super easy!
