Best price I found for Disney and Universal tickets, even when compared to other popular sites with promo codes

Tracy and the team are definitely A1.
I ordered Disney and Universal tickets from them. It was a complicated transaction as payment was split over two credit cards.
After paying I realised that I had made a mistake on the dates of the Universal tickets. I was horrified. But there was not need to worry.
Tracy and team immediately corrected my mistake and issued tickets tickets for the right dates. Also, because my correct dates fell in a less expensive price zone, they issued a refund (without my having to ask) which arrived in my bank account within an hour

We travelled as a party of 8 to Orlando. We had never heard of this company before but we took a chance given the favourable reviews! We were so pleased we did! Booked our 14 day universal Orlando tickets a week before we were due to arrive and ticket genie was the cheapest website and their service is amazing!

I looked around for months before booking our Universal tickets - The 14 day passes were £486 each with universal directly and only about £20 cheaper with the other big names (attraction/florida tix etc). I came across TicketGenie on facebook and had a look - they were £100 cheaper per person. Dubious, I called their number and spoke with Tracy who owns the company and she explained the whole process to me, and I made the leap and bought the tickets from her.
We’re at universal as I type this, ticket collection was easy, everything was exactly as promised - amazing.

Fantastic company, definitely the most competitive pricing wise, amazing customer service, got back to me immediately and sorted my issue, the issue was my own doing nothing to do with a anything they had done, despite that they were brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough
