Great prices and great service. I discovered the website on Facebook and I saw very good price but never exoerienced before,so I bought at first Disneyworld tickets and when I realised that tickets and photo pass were perfect I decided to buy Universal tickets too. What was fantastic from their service was that I bought tickets on the 9th august and they site said i could use they only from the11th,so i sent a mail and ask if it was possible to use them from the 10th. In less than an hour they answered and had already arrange for what I ask . Thanks again

At first I was skeptical about booking because I thought there would be better deals when we were, actually, in Orlando. Having booked our tickets, via yourticketgenie, I was very glad that I did because the price of the tickets direct from Disney were, way, more expensive than what I had purchased. The added bonus was the Disney Photo Pass as this ment that we took photos at every opportunity and even on the rides. Entry to the park was also seamless. Definitely recommend yourticketgenie to anyone traveling to Orlando for the theme parks.

The staff are first class, fast to reply and knowledgable. They have the best ticket prices on the net and knowing that they are available should we hit problems makes me very relaxed using them.

Upon a friends recommendation I decided to use Ticket Genie. They were far and away the best for prices. We saved just over £200 compared to our usual Ticket operator. Their process was very easy and tickets were immediately received. I have since purchased further tickets.

Great prices for the combo tickets

I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to book with your ticket genie, as surly the prices were too good to be true. I asked a well known supplier if they could price match, they told me they can only match with other official retailers. Again, was hesitant. Took the plunge, received ticket confirmation within a few minutes. As I was staying in a universal hotel, I used the hotel ticket desk to get my physical tickets. Couldn’t have been easier. I think I saved about £150 using your ticket genie, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I asked lots of questions and Tracy went above and beyond to email me, she is an absolute font of Orlando knowledge. I eventually made up my mind orders my tickets paid a small deposit and then paid the balance when due the E tickets arrived swiftly with clear instructions on how to collect them once we get to Florida. Excellent service worthy of 5 stars.

After using the same service to buy park tickets for years I decided to give Ticket Genie a go after hearing positive things about them. The prices were the cheapest I had seen so I'll be honest I was a little skeptical. However after paying in full at 10pm at night and still receiving my voucher instantly I was very happy. I called Universal the next day who said the tickets were legit and ready to pick up when I arrive. Thank you so much!

It was my first time booking a trip of this kind. Tracey answered all my questions very promptly. The Disney tickets came through straight away and was able to link them to my Disney app. The universal tickets you have to print out on site. They gave very clear instructions on how to do this. We collected no problem from our universal hotel. If you weren’t staying on site the kiosks to collect are right next to the entrance. I would use my ticket genie again 100%. Not just for the value for money but for the excellent customer service

Your Ticket Genie prices were the best around, in most cases by quite some margin. The Universal and HHN tickets we bought were exactly the same type as other providers, we travel next month but have been many times so no issue using the park machines to print tickets in advance of entry.

Our son broke his arm and we considered moving back a few weeks until the cast was removed, your ticket genie were extremely accommodating and really quick with their communications, TUI less so meaning we had to stick to the original dates.

This is the first time I've used your ticket genie, but will definitely use for future visits, especially given the excellent response we received from customer services.

We used your ticket genie for our recent trip to Orlando and NYC. We found them to be super responsive and really helpful with all of our many questions. Tracy particularly is brilliant. They were the best value too although note the prices may change daily as they link directly to the exchange rate.
Everything worked really smoothly in both Disney and Universal, and also in New York.
I would definitely use them again if I was planning a similar trip.

Tickets are genuine and at great price

The communication from Tracey is exemplary. Booking on the website was very easy and the prices were considerably different to all other quotes I had. We don't travel until next year but I have been consistently reassured throughout the process. On payment, all vouchers were received within the hour and any questions I have had since have been responded to in a timely manner. This is my first time using this company but based on previous reviews and my experience so far I would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Tracy was lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble, I requested to change dates on my tickets and she done so swiftly at no extra charge. I will 100% be using her again on our next trip to Orlando.
