Great to see a new seller on the market that is offering great prices and fantastic service. Everything went really smoothly and Tracy is really responsive to any questions.

While searching in various Facebook groups for best places to get cheaper orlando attraction passes alot of comments took me to ticket genie. I had a look and was shocked to see how much cheaper the tickets were than other outlets. Now I wont lie i was very dubious so just booked the cheapest attraction first which was gatorland within a hour I had the tickets in my inbox so booked for universal parks the horror night at universal and a passes for a day at discovery cove along with seaworld. I saved quite a bit compared to various ticket outlets and I cant fault.the service at all will definitely use these again in the future when in need of tickets

A great find was "Your Ticket Genie" and will always use going forward, way cheaper than all the other sites for our Universal tickets and more of a personal touch.

I got 3 park universal explorer tickets with one day at epic universe for €60 cheaper PER PERSON than what every other company was looking for. All paid for online, got a confirmation email straight away, and then had the tickets in my emails less than 2 hours later.

The easiest transaction I've had throughout this entire Orlando planning journey. I can see why they're so highly recommended on all of the Orlando groups on Facebook. Will definitely book again.

I spent hours looking for the cheapest tickets with the best customer service as there were 12 of us which meant we were spending a lot of money.When I came across this company I was amazed by the price they saved us a lot of money. The service was first class and tickets were with us immediately. I definitely won’t be using anybody else in the future.

Seem to always be the cheapest rates going. I had an issue with a deal I had booked and the extra free drinks package advertised wasn’t showing on the ticket and contacted them to check something. They were helpful fast and efficient at solving my issue and resent a ticket showing the extra perks even though it would’ve shown to the theme park anyway when they scanned the ticket but they could tell I was worried so sent it anyway.

Great value for Orlando park tickets . I had looked at prices on a few sites and this one was quite a bit cheaper. I was a bit wary as it seemed too good to be true. We have just come back from two weeks in Orlando, and bought the 14 day disney and universal park hopper ticket with the Disney memory maker photo pass. The Disney ticket number was emailed to us so we could link it to the Disney app straight away and have tickets on our phone to enter the parks. The universal one we just needed to go get tickets issued at the gate using the booking confirmation emailed to us. We could then link to the universal app so the tickets were then on the app. This site is such good value, I definitely recommend them.

Do not hesitate to use this company. Best prices around for tickets. Absolutely first class service. Tracy responds to questions within minutes and is a fountain of knowledge on all things Orlando. As others have said I was slightly hesitant to book as not heard of the site and the prices were too good to be true.

Checked on Orlando tips for Brits (Facebook) and others had used the company. Well I am so pleased I booked through them.

Tickets delivered almost immediately, instructions on how to link to the Disney app. Tracey answered all my questions, even when I was in the park and queried the photo pass thing!

Definitely use again and highly recommend.
