Absolutely terrible service. From order to delivery took 6 weeks. I had to continually chase this company. They offered a partial reimbursement, it was not forthcoming so I had to chase again. I've no idea if it will ever be paid!
Delivery was poor and my package was delivered to the wrong house. Again I had to chase. When trying to phone this company, they never picked up! When talking with the UK delivery company the representative told me they had just had a meeting with this company because they were receiving so many complaints.
On opening my map it initially looked impressive. On close inspection, it is cut from poor quality plywood. The stain is dull, not polished as described. Large pieces are warped. Each layer is separated by tissue paper, some layers were stuck to the map pieces because it was packed when the stain was still wet.
I would not recommend this company, such a shame when their website promised so much.

Ordered a world map in January and it finally arrived last week and it was definitely worth the wait. I absolutely love it. It was packaged well and although delivery took longer than stated, I was pleased it arrived safely. I had read a few comments saying about delivery delays and no communication from the company, this was not the case in my experience. I contacted yourworldmap on two occasions and both times, I received a response. My only tiny criticism is that I have recently been on a cruise around the Caribbean but as it’s all clumped together (as is the Canary Isles) I was unable to put 7 countries on the map I had visited. Just a minor criticism but does not detract from the absolute wow factor it has given to my living room. Thank you so much!

Ordered 6 weeks ago - no respond, no map. They dont even pick up the phone.

The delivery took about 2,5 Months. I’ve contacted Emma several times in that period an she always answered my emails.
Than the package got lost and they sent me a new one.
The end result is very pretty and the quality is very good.

Have patience, it's worth the wait.

After ordering map January, they immediately withdraw the money from my account. After more than two month, I haven’t received anything.
They don’t respond to my emails.
I have asked my bank to stop and return the payment.

The map is so elegant and decorative! It took time to arrive but it was perfect, well done and my wall changed completely!

The delivery took about 3 Months. It took longer as expected. During that period i’ve contacted yourworldmap.eu several times. Everytime they replied within 24 hours (Emma). The worldmap was packed very well and secure. The end result was very good. I’m very satisfied. I’ve given yourworldmap.eu some tips to improve the quality. They reacted very positive about that. Have patience, your order will be delivered.

There aren’t enough words to describe how beautiful the wooden map is! It was so easy to put up and it looks amazing on our wall. It definitely changed the feel of our home. Each piece was neatly packed and very well thought of. We enjoyed the process and we highly recommend this!

Ordered a month ago and still not received my map. I have sent several emails but have had no response although, I continue to receive their promotional emails. Really disappointed so far and wish I had spent my money with another company.

Great product, friendly and fast customer care and shipping. Quickly received.
The only problem is with the lettering on 150x90cm map. Because of the size, small islands names are blurry and unreadable. If your space allows it, buy a bigger map, it will look awsome!!!

The map is amazing. I chosen the 120-200 3D map grey/black. It’s really elegant. The best thing is the time together my daughter and me passed put in it on the wall. Thank you so much guys!

The map is really great, realistic, elegant and high quality! I ordered the medium size and it perfectly fit on my wall. It's true, it took a little for the delivery but it worth waiting! Now my house have a totally different look and everybody, our friends and family, love our wonderful wooden map!
