The map itself is great, but now that I’m missing one piece, it’s impossible to find the company.

i ordered in Novembere 2022.... Septemer 2023 havent recieved it yet. HAS BEEN FULLY PAID!!

We ordered the product on 23rd Dec 2022 and still never received neither the map or money back. There is a miserable communication from their site. I don´t recommend it to anyone.

Order never arrived. Nobody answers an e-mail and the website is down... I ordered in May. I paid and got nothing!!!

I ordered a wooden map and push pins in november 28 / 2022, but they didn' t send it. I wrote a few emails and they wrote back that they will shipping the product in 5-8 days, sorry for the delay, but they didn't send the map. I don't recommand them. They just take the money ....Wouldn't recommend the company.

Ordered in december last year, Still no news on my item. Since the last week, the website is not working anymore. I just lost 200 euro...

This company is a scam! I ordered in April but still did not receive my world map. When I went to Instagram, I realised many people have been cheated too. They made payment but the order never arrived. Now the contact email is not working, DMs, Facebook all did not have any reply from this Latvian company.

Unfortunatly like everybody here i ordered my map on the 26th of DECEMBER 2022 we are now in end of June 2023 and no map.
I had 2-3 replys saying that they were moving etc and since than no more replys to my emails.
I will soon move to another country and no map or money back.

Paid in April for fast shipping of a premium world map.
The link sent to me via email was broken, haven't heard from their support at all for months.
When the "support" contacted me they said that they are being transferred to a different country, like many others have stated already. And the it will be for another 15 business days until my package will be even produced.
Asked for a refund and got 0 responses.

Very bad customer service and the product didn't even arrive yet as of 20th of June.

I made an order for 2 maps on 8th of March and havent heard from then since then. BIG SCAM DONT ORDER

Still haven’t received the map after waiting 3 months now . They keep coming back with it will be delivered with in the next 20 days . Total scam avoid this company

If I could give 0 stars I would!
I ordered a map in early November and now mid June I still haven’t received the map.
I have written them 8 times by email and tried using their online contact application- but not one answer!
The money was taken from my account 2 days after the order though so now I have no map and paid 240 EUR for it…
I get a lot of discount emails though!
Gross!!!

Never received the goods, I was informed that the company was having issue with the supply of timber, on numerous occasions I sent emails asking when I would be receiving my order without any reply, I had to get my credit card company involved to claim my money back. I would recommend NOT to purchase this product in my opinion.

I ordered a map on 23rd December as they garanteed shipping in 5 - 8 business days, although they said that there could be delays over Christmas. I wrote to them on the 9th of January to info(AT)yourworldmap.eu and the mail address didn't exist. I finally was able to contact them through their website and on the 2nd of January I recieved a mail from "Emma" apologising for the delay and that it would ship in 7 - 15 days and offering me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience. I replied saying that 15 more days was unacceptable and that I no longer wanted the product. No reply. I sent the message again, and recieved a new message with apologies and 7 - 15 days to ship my map. I sent the message again further demanding my refund, received an identical reply from Emma (obviously a bot) from, supposedly, a UK base.
I'd sort of forgotten about it (obviously angry but clear that I had been scammed) when out of the blue I recieved a message (23rd Feb), supposedly from the CEO of the company, Janis, explaining the relocation of the business to Kazakhstan, and asking for patience.
Since then it is "Emma" who replies with an apology based on relocation and now 15-20 days before my map ships (March 23rd).
Out of sheer masochism I just wrote to them again through the website...
I'm sure you can imagine what their reply will be.

I cannot believe we fell for this.
How does one get the money back??? Clearly a scam.
Shame on you!!!
