Informative, easy to use and well designed app!
YPlan is my favourite app for planning activities and filling up my calendar with new gigs/festivals and concerts to see in London,
I have recently won tickets to the Apple Music festival from YPlan and was thrilled with how easy the process to sign up and enter the competition is/was.
Also, when I arrived at the gig, the tickets had been sent through the app with a code, ready to scan at the box office. It was such a great night.
I will be recommending Yplan to friends and family. THANK YOU YPLAN!
Apple Music Fastival
I like to way they inform me about availability of the tickets of the fastival, its great
LEGIT
It tells you the latest deal and it updates on daily if not hourly basis. Free giveaways are notified by text so you won't miss out on them. No troubles yet.
Its a great app for everyones taste.
Disappointed
I got told I had tickets to Carrie Underwood, I then had to chase up Y-plan who told me they had stuffed up and oversold. I then made other plans then just before the gig is due to start i get told we found you tickets arent we great? BAD SERVICE BAD RESPONSE AND A SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT WORK
Lucky Rollercoaster
I have to say that I'm really thankful to YPlan as I have the amazing experience of going to an Apple Music Festival in Roundhouse Camden.
Still, It almost went totally different as after the thrill of recieving a winning text on Monday night, it was just the start of the journey.
As I HAD to confirm my tickets before 9pm (only had two hours to get organised, as I wanted to be nice enough to let it sleep if I could not go) I reach my manager at work and manage him to let me finish one hour earlier the next.
All find 'till then.
Then I was told (on a pop up notification - I was only able to have this info once before I click) that I'll be contacted on the next day (no how, no when.... Pretty harsh to stay reachable at work, specially when I have to be quick enough to finish one hour earlier).
At 3ish... Still no news, no tickets (Had to be at the venue at 6). So I called them.... At to try a few times before having someone clearly tired and upset to take that call to give me news.
Yes I was on a waiting list, no there is no way to know if they will have the tickets. (what!?)
At 5ish I received a (lovely and honestly nice) mail from YPlan saying they made a mistake and I won't be able to attend the show.
The friend I was supposed to go to the show with, learning that, decides not to join me.... And I was about to start a movie at home.... When tadada, a new text tell me they finally have some tickets back.... That was at 6.... Remember I was suppose to be there at that time (and before 8)... So I crossed town in a hurry and pretty afraid to feel like missing the show again.
My friend wasn't able to make the trip anymore tho.
I any how manage to make it. And had a lovely experience and a great gig.
My rate is still a good one tho, 'cause working for the music industry myself back home... I know how difficult managing those events can be. And how tempting it should have forgetting those last minutes tickets as apologies where already made.
YPlan team probably had a hell of a day, thank you for going through that guys... But, hey guys... You kinda play with my nerves all day and that's not a great feeling to keep as a memory.
Let's say this only happened once in a long time.
;)
Great deals
YPlan is keeping my calendar full of new and exciting events I wouldn't have otherwise known about or been able to afford.
Great company and app
Y plan is like the middle man, they link people with events. I haven't been to anything bad through yplan all the events have been good/great. Some have been expensive others have been cheap or even better free. They have something for every budget and taste. For me it's a great way to find things to do around London.
Thanks yplan for the iTunes festival tickets :)
Amazing customer service!
Quick to contact me after having issues with the app, and we're really friendly, helpful and gave me regular updates on social media and via emails!
Wouldn't go again
It wasn't particularly expensive so can't feel robbed but the overall experience was pretty low. You went into what is essentially a slightly dishevelled room which doesn't look finished or professional, staff were pretty blunt and un-fussed and had some kind of new age feel where people didn't really know what to do with themselves. With what was visibly only a few cats all sleeping high above the floor so you couldn't even pretend to be awkwardly enjoying yourself. A weird experience not for me or my bf who is a huge cat lover.
I love YPlan!
YPlan is by far my favourite app. Such great deals and they offer a range of things to do when you don't have any plans!
Definitely recommendable
Very helpful, excellent service, I like it. Only the search function seems to be a little bit slow and sometimes instable.
First point of call should be yplan
I used yplan to book tickets for an event at Thorpe park, where I saved nearly £150 compared to booking with Thorpe park directly. I also made a mistake on my booking and customer service went above and beyond to help me out.
Amazing
Easy to use and access to amazing once and lifetime events.
Great app with some good deals
I've used this app a few times to get tickets for otherwise sold out shows and cheaper cinema tickets and it's always worked out well for me. Happy it exists!
Great app!
A really good app that offers a great selection of events every day of the week. Fab!
Great app!!
If I'm going out the weekend, first thing I do is check yplan coz they always have hots tickets for good price.
Every time I go out I pay my tickets from yplan great app keep up the good work guys and thank you for good price tickets.....
I <3 YPLAN
