Great product and service!

Great product, service and delivery. I needed to exchange the case (I had bought the wrong model which was entirely my fault) and they were quick to reply and resend. They even touched base over the hectic Christmas/New Year period.

Poor customer service and missing item

I ordered from yrgear on the 19th of April for a MacBook case. Initially I was really pleased with the customer service. Receiving an email from 'Frank' to thank me for my purchase, with email responses pretty prompt.

My item was then shipped on the 21st of April, however the tracking number wasn't valid. I assumed it might have been because the company use economy air which don't have a tracking number attached. I emailed 'Frank' and enquired about my items seeing as its been nearly a month since I have ordered. This was sent via the company email, and Frank's email. I received no reply. I then looked at their Facebook messaging service where I wrote and enquired about my order and have received zero responses from yrgear.

I understand that due to COVID-19 that orders are taking longer than expected to reach customers, but the fact that yrgear have gone radio silent on me is pretty poor for customer service which has made me sceptical about my order.

Disappointing.

As you well know now (after we have been in contact) this was in fact far from the case. On our contact page (https://yrgear.com.au/pages/contact-us) we clearly state that we will usually get back to all customers within 1 to 2 business days after they write to us, and unfortunately in this case you decided to post this review less than one business day after you made your first attempt to contact us. It's totally understandable that you may not have been aware of this and we don't place any blame on you whatsoever, but it's important for those reading this that all the facts are on the table.

We will certainly take this as a learning opportunity to improve how we interact with our customers, especially how we make sure that customers contacting us have the confidence that we will get back to them as soon as possible, and as such your feedback will become very useful and we appreciate you coming forward.

We once again apologise that it felt like you were being ignored, and as mentioned above we will take this on board to make sure our future customers won't feel this way.

Was never told the item would be…

Was never told the item would be shipped from China. Not really acceptable from a company I was lead to belive was in Australia. Backpack is a little smaller than expected, but good quality even so.

quality crap

order a bag waited weeks for this bag but That wasn't the issue . Gave it as a gift they open it an the zipper came of it didnt even got to use bag dissapointing paying that amount for a bag an such poor quality so embarrassed as it was a gift 😡

Poor experience.

I purchased a 13 inch cover for my MacBook Air, wanted it before Xmas. It took over 2 weeks to arrive however it was the wrong size. VERY frustrating. I was offered a refund however declined and packed it in the shed. Will never use this company again. Sorry!
