i bought plugin from this bullsheet site after upload it to my site it was not activated its only a basic one ,i open a ticket with him and of course no respond .i need a way to repport them to strip to close there account because they are scammers and there place is jail f**kers

Way back some years ago they were well and fairly priced and most items were Ok.
Then they got greedy and started charging a lot more for the same service.
Recently their fees have gone way up and the quality of items are pretty bad, as others have said, many items are out of date and not even activated.

I have purchased a number of items and after installing them they were only the basic free versions anyway, not the licensed pro versions.

I suggest staying away from this mob, they have turned into greedy scammers.

Seriously, it's a complete waste. I paid $399 for a lifetime subscription. 85% of the plugins don't even work. When I contact support, all I get is a link to a file that's either the same or even made by someone else, or I don't get a response at all. And now their website hasn't been working for two days. So, I'll either request a refund or consider filing a lawsuit. If anyone feels like I do, that they're making a fool out of me, we can definitely join forces and file a class-action lawsuit.

i have made a subscription with them, and when i try to cancel it they didn't respond to my emails, and every month they charge me.
finaly i cancel my credit card to avoid been charged.

making customer fool only giving file but none of the script is working, each file is askging for license and they don't provide license, support, reply and refund...stay away from them i have waste more than 200$

the paid script are useless most of them are not activated , if activated there will be error

the worst part is their customer support sucks never reply to issues
almost wasted my 170 USD

don't ever buy anything paid script from them use only free downloads

I read all the one star reviews on this page and also had encountered some of the same issues, specifically the automatic rebilling without having selected it or been notified. Also, they did get hit with some tech issues that broker all the links, so they had to work hard to try and get everything back while setting user expectations. I hold a lifetime license now and am getting every dime out of my investment despite the recurring charge issue and the occasional file that is incorrect with a slow response. Most of the time I don't have to ask twice and they take promptly and happily take good care of any issues. I've spent thousands of dollars on many GPL sites and I can say for sure that Yukapo is the most consistent with the best files and the best delivery. I use them for 90% of my downloads because they get the job done. You can be confident that they are a good investment, but make sure you follow up and MANUALLY cancel your autocharge if you don't want to continue your membership.

I paid, my membership barely covers downloading any items. I requested a refund, sent a ticket, wrote an e-mail, but I never received a response. An unnecessary, useless site.

After expiration of my 6 months pro plan, my credit card was charged again despite i have cdancelled my subscription. Moreover i have no access to paid plan and there is no payment in my accout history.

I have contacted via support ticket (#9385) several days ago without any reply.

Shame - it was a quite good site before.

i bought a software and later discovered that it was something else zipped. i have raised issues to the merchant and no support whatsoever. i needed a refund and no one responded. This is not a good way of doing business

They've been charging me for 10 months now. I opened several tickets and never got any replies. There is no way to cancel any membership through their website.

Scam, Fake nulled scripts, inexistent support. Avoid them

they are selling blank Files & earning huge money by checking. I bought one is blank & another is Errors. No response. please dont buy anything to them

I've been using it for about 6 months, very satisfied. Those who say that money has been withdrawn from the account are absolutely lying, we are installing illegal add-ons, we are aware of this, what can you request support for? Why would you need support if you're already using a plugin? Yukapo is the most amazing site of recent times. unfortunately the plugins are extremely expensive. If the add-ons were not very expensive but at reasonable prices, do you think many people would be directed to illegal products? I would recommend it to anyone who will use Yukapo for the rest of my life. all 1 stars here are plugin owners :=)
