If you buy a login you can download it ONCE so if you loose the files you are done… but on the other hand these people steal software from other and resell earning money… my bad I decided to buy from them

I do not recommend buying from this website for the following reasons
1. You should buy from the real owner who can support you for at least 6 months
2. Although they mention Already activate/pre-reactivate on their scripts, still you will face issues in the script and most probably you will not be able to run it.
3. Of course they will not support you for technical issues
4. You will not be able to re-download
5. You will not get the updated versions

So if all of this cons are there, why the hell would you buy from them and not from the official owner.

I just made a purchase, and I perfectly received the file I needed, working perfectly.

Very bad support, they've been double charging my membership for four months and still haven't resolved it. They are thieves and scammers.

I just bought a 1 month subscription. However, when I look at my credit card accounts right now, I see that they have withdrawn 9.90 USD, 29.70 USD in total for 3 months. Although they withdraw this money, my membership is not active.

I've been charge on my credit card a subscription that I cancel months before the expiration. Now that I file a support ticket, no support is available.

I see that I am not the one experiencing this issue and its really frustrating getting our hard earned money without our consent.

Keep charging my card for 9.99 every month and there is no way to stop it.

I am trying to reach them over 2 months they never reply on tickets or emails.

Please keep away from them they charged my credit card and given me password protected archive in download section and not gave any password, not reply and help me,I lost my money, its very sad they just snatch money from, very no anwser , no guide no support no tickets reply

200% confirm. They provide nulled scripts. I invested too much on them and all ther provided scripts are nulled and contains a lot of malicious after that these guys start fukcing websites

hi, I know when you read these other reviews, you wouldn't trust Yukapo. My opinion on those bad reviews is that they are written by angry plugin developers, GPL competitors or by dumb people who know nothing of Wordpress and coding.
I have 15 years experience in high-level Wordpress webdesign, and I tested dozens of GPL website. I can assure you : this is the best one out there. Lots of perfectly working plugins, latest versions of themes that function out-of-the-box.
I purchased the lifetime subscription: the best value I ever bought online, they even offer support when there is an issue.
I can only recommend Yukapo with full conviction.

They're charging me without my consent, and despite opening a support ticket a month ago, I haven't received any response from them. It's incredibly frustrating.

I've been with Yukapo a while and I have not had any issues with their scripts and plugins, all worked for me.

My issue is with renewal and I wish to stop using the service. As of now, there is no way to cancel your subscription (or account) and everyone in the comment is right. Yukapo keeps saying that you can cancel, but you cannot. There is no option under 'my account' to achieve this. I sent them emails since last Wednesday to cancel the billing and another reminder to cancel my account as a whole, no replies. I created a ticket, same thing. The renewal went through.

I would advise everyone to stay way from them. Yukapo, If you are reading this review, please check your emails 'prem***@yukapo.com' and you will see my email from the 28th and other reminders, check ticket as well.

Before your site was compromised everything worked fine but after that everything went to shambles. So please restore the functionality for us to manage our subscription. Also, out of respect for your customers, please check their tickets and action accordingly. Thank you!

i bought one of plugin not work
and i report for them they did not reply they are scam i have for 15 days they not respond i have been with yukapo started but now yukapo is very bad not advice for anyone they files not work as last i have send for them screenshot about it and they not respond be care your money is has value don't waste on this website

On June 30, 2023, Yukapo charging me without my consent for 1 Month membership. But they didn't activate my account. Yes, i paid for nothing and this happened twice, this month and last month.

Made 3 tickets but never got a response. This is really frustrating because I can't cancel the payment because there is no option to cancel!

3 weeks ago I sent 3 support tickets and no response, although I canceled the subscription they charged me again and I can't cancel it from my account and I don't see the membership active, I will look for another provider that is professional and responsible.

Impossible to cancel the subscription. They just took the money and ran.
