Fraudulous monthly charge
I purchased for one month in June 2021 to try it out. In August, I decided to purchase for one year and paid USD 69.90. I have just realised that they have been charging me the same monthly fee of USD 9.90 even though I have paid USD 69.90 for the year... Also, it's time to learn how to shop online, and it's passing. If you're signing up for a membership and don't want it to auto-renew for the next month, you have to go to your control panel and cancel it.
On our site, all you had to do was go to My Account - Subscriptions and click on the big "cancel" text.

If you have paid for the subscription and have not downloaded more than 10 items, you can also request a refund of your membership fee.
We cannot guarantee all of the more than 13,000 products listed above. because with each new release, the manufacturers renew the license code system. We continue to do our best to bypass it as soon as possible.
and at the moment %95 of the products are working without licence code (or with random licence key)

First of all, I understand the negative contributions, and even more peculiar I find that many complain about the support. I have been using Yukapo for 1.5 years,... yes there are scripts now and then that are not nulled. or are in the demo version. That happens.
But as for the scripts,.
you have tägöiche updates, daily new plugins templates, or PHP scripts, I'm here more because of the PHP scripts, there ikommt it rarely but still happens that a script is not nulled. Nevertheless, are reingestellt here tägöich, sometimes hourly scripts, which are very expensive by the way, and yet without stability and functional, I usually load on jungle down,. there everything is nicely nulled, but there is malware,.. the massive probleme verurssachen can, I had to completely reset my server twice.
With Yukapo Scripts I had ine problems, it is clear and sometimes I'm happy to go to the page to look which update, today is again.
The wordpress themes, and plugins are 1A, never had problems with it.
To the Suppoer I would like to say something, I have both email support and Whatsapp support used, with Whatsapp comes the answer immediately,. and the young man, is very accommodating, he has helped me several times already, me even 2 weeks free given, because I had problems. By email the same, friendly, pragmatic and very flexible.
The prices are okay, but was increased, I must say, for that, here are the best wordpress themes and plugins,. it is worth the money.

Yes you right, Shopify themes creating more problems than others.There is 12.000+ products on Yukapo and we can not guarantee 100% of them are fully nulled.
You told "Not Updated" which is completely lie. Of course we may not have the latest version of some products which updated 1 day or 2 days ago. Having, downloading, nulling, and uploading them to websites can take 1-4 days.
0 CUSTOMER SUPPORT : We are not providing technical support. if you have any problem with payment or your membership, we provide so fast support. But, we are ignoring most of times to "update request" because we have a routine and we know that products will be updated already soon.
"YOU CAN GET THESE FOR FREE" : You can get them free with the suspicious codes inside of them. It is a huge mistake to rely on online communities for the software and themes you will use on your website. You'll probably know what I mean soon because of bad experience. (just a simple question: would you spend that much time nulling your purchased items and sharing them with others? and would you do this over and over after every update for every item? Of course not (as long as you don't put a backdoor or hidden link inside the items) )

No support, no response to emails despite purchasing membership. I paid for 1 year pro plan but it disappeared from my dashboard. I have sent multiple emails but not even acknowledged. Disappointing as previously I have taken 1 month membership successfully.
