They don't pick up the phone. Was waiting in line for 1 hour and then got cut off. Avoid this company at any cost.

Can only echo the other bad reviews

Can only echo the other bad reviews. Absolutely avoid at all cost. Money is taken swiftly and when contacting the activity provider there is no association with Yumping. You can ring and waste your time on hold before you simply get cut off. Will not be walking away from this because it’s an absolute disgrace.

I have now received a refund and an apology but would clarify a few points from Yumping response below and simply state the facts. Firstly the provider of the activity (parasailing) has no association with Yumping for the pass 18 months so it was not a booking error as suggested. Secondly there was no discussion regarding alternative activities as no one picked up the phone. Only contact was via emails saying Yumping were trying to contact me (phone number provided but no calls received) The fact that Yumping emailed me and considered the matter resolved is at odds to me when all that happened was Yumping took my money, failed to deliver on promises and then after wasting my time (whilst on holiday with my family) emailing and ringing I got a refund. My original review is still 100% valid!!! As similar reviews suggest your business model is completely flawed with an immediate need to up date your website to prevent the continuation of bad reviews.

As we told you by email, we are very sorry for the inconvenience and that you were unable to enjoy the activity. The origin of your incident was due to a failure in the booking calendar of the company responsible for carrying it out, in the same date was marked as available when in fact it was not, so you could book. We are sorry, we managed your booking correctly, we tried to find you another available option and when we couldn't find any alternative for the dates we were in, we refunded you the full amount of the activity.

It goes without saying that we are here for whatever you need, we insist on our apologies.

As we indicated to you by email, we insist on our apologies, but as we work with third parties we do not depend exclusively on ourselves. What has happened in your case is the worst thing that can happen with this type of collaboration, but of course, you are always protected and in the event of any incident we respond as quickly as possible and with a full refund.

Regarding the payment of the activity when the reservation is made, it is a way to guarantee the place in the activity, it is a premise of the company that develops it, we have to proceed according to the companies we depend on. In relation to the association with the company you booked with, it is of little use for us to work on managing your bookings so that in the end you don't do the activity, it was the service provider's mistake and they never updated their availability calendar or closed it in this case. We would like to point out that we are all hurt by this situation, but we hope you understand that it is impossible for us to control that all our collaborators fulfil their responsibilities or commitments. The only thing we can do when cases like yours occur is to look for alternatives and if we cannot find them, we will reimburse you.

We hope you can trust that we worked on your case to the best of our knowledge and ability, and that we are sorry that the experience was not satisfactory, which is not our objective in any case. We insist on our apologies for the inconvenience, best regards Natalie.

Scam!! Do not book with them

They offer services when they have no association with the company and write fake reviews to make you think that they do!
I bought a horse riding service that they advertise on behalf of the company. When I contacted the company to arrange time they said they weren’t associated with them. When I asked Yumping for a refund they offered to transfer the ticket to another service, when I contacted that company they also had no associations with them either!
They have refused to respond to my emails since I said I didn’t want the transfer only a refund. I’ve contacted my bank and will pursue legal action.

No contact after booking at a company that doesn’t exist

Update: issue solved. It took multiple days to arrange but we now booked another activity at another company, and the activity has already been confirmed by that company. But it took quite some days to arrange and a lot of frustration.

Contact by mail seemed the only way to get in touch. Response took a day almost every time.

We booked an activity at a company that doesn’t exist anymore. I left a message and rang 3 times, no reaction and no contact by phone. Unacceptable!

Bad communication

First I did not receive an e-mail. I had spent a 100 euros on something which I had no conformation from. No adress, no time where to be, nothing. I had to call the customer service. I was in the wait for over a hour and they hung up on us. The next morning I tried again, and I spoke someone over the phone. It worked. I received an e-mail. Then I had to call the jet ski agency. They said I booked wrong? They had a spot left at 11:00 and I called at 10:00. I received an e-mail with the link to google maps that lead us to the location. Once we were there, it appeared to be the wrong location. They send us the wrong location. Everyone send us the opposite way. I called to the company they said it is not there it is a more than 30 minute drive. I wanted to cancel the reservation because we are leaving back tomorrow, but that wasn’t an option. We still had to go because there is no refund available. This is in our eyes bad service. We are on our way to drive an half hour for a 15 minutes jetski ride. That is crazy. I would not recommend it because of the communication. I got 4 different phone numbers. Very chaotic.

For this reason the sending was delayed, but you always receive it with enough time in advance so that you can contact the company that carries out the activity. It was also great that you contacted us, so that we could clarify all the information regarding your booking. Next time you can contact us through the email indicated on the platform or through social networks, right now we are in the strongest season of the year and it is impossible for us to assist you by phone more quickly.

Regarding the rest of the opinion, we would be grateful if you could contact us to give us more details of what happened with the company that carried out the activity, it is essential that we know in depth what happened so that these cases do not happen again. Doesn't integrate with company booking systems and processes are immature

Their processes are immature in that they don't integrate with individual company's booking systems (they never offered us this) and there's no process to check pricing is still valid.
It took weeks of difficult phone and email conversations to get us off their platform and their tone was unprofessional at times. Although their CEO improved the tone a lot when he got involved at the end.

Airglobo experience

We have just had a fabulous experience with AIRGLOBO. The flight was so amazing also Ivan and Julian worked very well together and created some lovely memorable photos for us. There was 6 of us in the basket plus Ivan the pilot .And Julian was taking photos from the ground in different areas. Everyone worked well together helping to get the balloon in position before lift off and then we all helped pack the balloon away at the end. Everyone was so nice and made us feel very comfortable with the language barrier as we are English. This was such a fabulous day. Then we all had a very well deserved glass of cava and chocolates to mark this incredible day. Thank you to Ivan and Julian and the other guests this will be a day we will never forget.

This company is a complete scam!

This company is a complete scam! We own and run The Glide Surf School in Cromer, Norfolk. We have never given Yumping any permission to make bookings and take peoples money on our behalf. Please do not make any booking with them or use them in any way.

This company is a scam… well, no, as it turns out, all was ok

This company is a scam. We booked a trip through them and received confirmation and of course our payment went through. However the tour we booked was not running that day and the information regarding pickup was completely wrong and the provider has no affiliation with Yumping. We have contacted them repeatedly requesting a refund but have had absolutely no response. We are looking at what other steps we can take against them.
After a number of emails, Yumping rang me and have arranged to refund our costs for the incorrectly advertised excursion. Took more time than expected, evidently, as someone was away from work. All good now.

Good fun, even with zero experience

I booked this trip as a surprise for my partner and she had a great time! Horses were very friendly and I had no problems riding with zero experience. Our guide Paul was very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend

DO NOT TRUST YUMPING

I have a business account with yumping which was set up by the company’s previous owners. We have tried and failed multiple times to have this account deleted as the activity offered does not exist any more. They don’t answer their phones, reply to emails, nothing! Avoid them at all costs, they will take your money for an activity that doesn’t exist.
