Very bad service. Bought two thobes as Eid gifts for my nephews at the Light Upon Light Ramadan event in London. The brother staff helped me with the sizing after I told them my nephews were 6ft and 6ft.2. I was assured if the sizing needed changing I could contact them and they can sort it out. The brother at the stall gave me their business card with the contact details. Long story short one of the thobes was a little small so I contacted them by email, instagram and their contact page on the website - it took them over a week to respond. Then I was told all in person sales are final when this was not what I was advised at the event. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. To say one thing at the event and then go back on your word is disgusting. All in the name of making money. Unfortunately, now I'll have to buy another thobe to gift my nephew. Certainly won't be shopping with them. Thobes are brilliant quality but service let them down.

Received wrong colour, requested refund and sent an email 4 days ago. Yet to recieve a response .

it’s obvious all these 5 stars are fake testimonials. they take forever to reply and ship. ordered 2.5 weeks ago and no word on my package at all.

This is the 2nd jubba i've bought from here and are both very good quality an so comfortable to wear. The only negative thing is the amount of time they take to dispatch items, but thats just down to the number of orders they have.

The staff were all so polite, friendly and respectful. The customer service was fantastic as well! The thobe itself is so comfortable and it fits perfectly! It is 100% worth the price!

Terrible company, Scammers. Took nearly 2 months to deliver because they didn’t pay the postage price. Upon finally receiving the package they had sent the wrong item and refused to give a refund.
Failure to comply with the consumer rights act so they are now being investigated. Stay away

Very comfy and perfect fit i loved the design and colours however it took almost 2 weeks to get to me so only 4 stars if it was a bit quicker i would’ve preferred that but still love the thobe
