I am all about supporting female owned small businesses, but I was so disappointed with my experience with Yuzefi. I live in the US and placed an order for the fortune cookie handbag. On their website, they preach about quality craftmanship, but the bag I received had so many issues with the craftmanship. Even after sending multiple emails with pictures that clearly shows how poorly the bad was made, Yuzefi didn't take any accountability. I was happy to make the return and get my refund, but they wouldn't even cover the return shipping cost even though I am only trying to return the bag due to the quality of the bag. If you are considering buying any bag from Yuzefi, trust me and don't waste your money and time on Yuzefi. The lack of accountability from Yuzefi will be their downfall.

Terrible experience with customer…
Terrible experience with customer service. Attempted to return item for a refund and it got caught in customs for 1 month. Was in contact with customer service all the way through. When my return finally made it out of customs, they rejected the return, I totally flushed $80 down the toilet in return postage. And as -and I quote - a“gesture of good will” they offered me a €170 return label, to be deducted from the refund amount! You just can’t make this stuff up! Trying to resell it because I can’t stand the sight of it. Never again! Do not buy from their website, try your standard resellers like Farfetch instead.

Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, ordered a bag a few days later they email to offer a different colour or tell me to wait until back in stock in a week, happy to wait, I don’t hear for over a week and follow up, no response.. Reach out on Insta they are slightly more helpful but go back and forth for weeks saying the customer service team has been in “constant communication” with me lol. The bag is beautiful and I want to support to brand but never buying direct from them again

Unfortunately, I noticed a pen-like mark on one strap and reached out to customer service for advice on how to remove it. It’s been 9 business days with no reply, which is disappointing.
Still love the bag, just wish the support was as premium as the product.

My worst experience
I made my order 24 of April 2025 in YUZEFI. The company promised to deliver the order within 5-7 days. Today 23 of May 2025, I don't have my bagged the company doesn't want to return my money. It was the worst experience in my life.
Disappointing; feel conned
Poor quality and not as seen on website. Leather is horribly stiff, unwieldy. Shape isn’t as seen. Oddly you can only return in ALL the original packaging… who keeps that? And with hugely complex shipping taxes. Anyway, more fool me for (a) not reading these reviews and (b) buying sight unseen - lesson learned.

This is hands down the worst customer service I‘ve ever had! I‘m now seriously worried about getting my money back! First they sent me a faulty bag (stained all over) and it took weeks to get a replacement. Then, the second bag was faulty again (the flap doesn‘t close) and after again days of me desperately emailing them, they offered my 50% discount on the third new bag. After me accepting their offer and again several days, they told me that the offer was on the faulty bag which you cannot use as it doesn‘t close!!!
Now I‘m waiting for the refund, but they just don‘t answer!!! This company is just a scam, never order any products directly from them!!

If I could give a negative review I would. It's annoying that they make you pay the return fees (tracking and customs fees/duties) as it's quite expensive (I've paid £140 so far), but even worse that when I tried to do this with DHL and DHL said they cannot do it, Yuzefi is refusing to do anything else. I am now stuck with a £600 pound bag that is POOR QUALITY, the inability to return it, and having spent £140 in fees trying to.
