DO NOT use this company!
I ordered a bundle over a year ago, got my order cancelled and have been waiting since August for a refund.
I have been sending emails regarding my refund and get lies after lies about them processing my refund!
A bunch of SCAMMERS!!
Never using this site ever again!

If I could give zero stars I would.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with, just lie after lie about delivery of a £400 pre-order bundle, that never arrived and I am doubtful ever will.

Even when I managed to get the order cancelled after waiting 6 months the refund never appeared despite constant emails.

Finally got my money back via paypal - just avoid at all costs

CROOKS and THIEVES! I still have not received my books ordered more than two years ago. no one responds and there is no customer service. they were just at san diego comicon selling books but still don't send to us who have ordered. Internet says owned by kevin meek, josh bernstein, sridar reddy, josh frankel, aleksey zelenberg, courtney mennard. josh bernstein is a douchey host of a rock show he is on twitter. we should start a class action lawsuit.

They are scammers

They are scammers. I placed an order in March 2022 for two Pantera Cowboys From Hell bundles containing a graphic novel, an autographed disc and a statuette. As of today, July 2024, only the graphic novel has been shipped to me, they cannot tell me if the other things will be produced and they do not want to refund me. I will start by saying that I paid more than 350 euros for the purchase. They are the worst company I have ever worked with and I have been working in the sector for more than 22 years

Absolutely awful!

I placed an order at least 6 months ago for a comic that was meant to be published spring 2024. I appreciate there were delays with the EU/UK warehouse set up but no communication or updates on the status of that order have been given at all. The website invites you to contact a general email but despite having sent now close to 8 messages, they haven't bothered getting back to me. If I look online, the order is marked as Unfulfilled! Yet my money was taken right away without any problem. This is horrible customer service right here. How hard is it to just reply to a customer when they are asking for support!! I won't ever be using their platform again.

Z2 - My Go To Brand for Art

Geri, the customer service manager resolved a small issue I had with my order. Geri went over and above to ensure there email updates at every stage, transparency and was very kind and professional.

Z2 have excellent customer service staff to match their exclusive and bespoke graphic novels and merch from amazing Artists.

My experience cemented my faith in Z2 as a brand and reminded me of why I chose them and their incredible products.

I would 10/10 recommend.

Really bad service

Really bad service. Have waited 1 1/2 year for a part of the package to arrive. Have written to them numerous times, but still haven’t recieved anything.

this company is horrible they sold me a…

this company is horrible they sold me a platinum pantera package and never told me the vinyl lp and punch statue were on back order. That was one year ago now and they refuse to answer any emails. at first they told us they were making more and would ship both out when they came. But its a load of crap because it states on their site only a certain amount were to be sold to public.so after they sell out their will be no more made and they never stated they were out of both these items when i purchased the platinum package. They owe me $100 refund and will not answer any of my email requests for refund. please do not order anything from this company they should be put out of business for their practices.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY
They took my money, have not sent me the product I paid £90 for and have not replied to any of my communications over the last two months. I am far from the only person experiencing this issue and this criminal front of a company needs to be slandered into closure.

Disgraceful customer service

I preordered the Inked in Blood 2 platinum signed bundle in December 2022, order kept being delayed and at this point was getting good communication but only when I would email them for an update. Cut to now when the shipment date was updated to 7th May and I still haven’t had a shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed several times to see if my order has been shipped and I have had no response back. They have had £179 of my money for a year and a half now and I still haven’t had my goods. This company doesn’t know what customer service is they just want to rob you of your money. I will never be purchasing from this company again.

No comics and no response!!!

Bought 2 mandrake project No1 on two separate sales and have received neither. No response from multiple emails. Do not buy from them. Feel totally ripped off. If customer service responded you would at least think they were trying but nothing.

No response, no shipment, no cancellation

How are this company still opperating.

Avoid at all costs placed an order ten days ago I emailed within 40 minutes and not heard back. They have not shipped or followed my request to cancel the order.
Please note: this item ships within 10 business days, lets see if its not shipped on the 1st May they don't even dispatch on time either.

Dee Snider book

The 30th of june 2022 I ordered the Dee Snider book "He's Not Gonna Take it " deluxe edition. 19th March 2024 and I still have not received it or a tracking number. Just lots of excuses from customer service.Total rip off. 134 USD stright out of the window.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered the Spiritbox eternal blue platinum edition for $300. It took almost 2 years to fulfill the order. It was split into a partial order which consisted of the graphic novel in the first shippment and then the "spiritbox" in the second shipment. I completely forgot I ordered this thing it took so long to get. The quality of the "spiritbox" product is trash. Anyone with a 3D printer, a glue gun, and battery operated voice box with a switch could make one of these. The box was supposed to be number since there were apparently only 500 made. It's not numbered. The whole product looks cheap and slapped together. It's covered in hot clue from putting pieces together. They couldn't even bother slicing off the hot clue strings or the excess hot glue that came out of the seams. It wasn't worth the money or the time.

Bought a couple of books from them ...
Most of them, you buy now but only after several and several months, you get e-mails claiming delays .. and "almost delivering"....but i bought a year ago the pantera book and vinyl ... books out of wharehouse after more than a baby takes to born .. i don't get mine after you claiming they were being shipped...after 3 months i ask..they say because of a mistake...they will send it .. customs payment of half the price of my order...but they only sent the book ...vinyl still not produced... i get no book, no vinyl and no refund

They don't deliver what they promise and don't take your complaint seriously.

Ordering a Mandrake project item has cumulated in a disaster. Informing about the delivery date (a week after release date) resulted in standard 'funny' replys without answering the question properly. They don't take you seriously and think you are dumb to say it nicely. Don't order, don't bother. Keep your money in your pocket, I'm to believe I have lost mine in this matter.

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered the Deluxe Hilltop Hoods comic and vinyl package nearly 3 years ago. I am yet to receive anything from them and they will not refund my money. After dozens of emails requesting a refund. Spread the word and do not buy a thing off them

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I spent a couple of hundred pounds on the SUPER Limited Edition Elvis Graphic Novel set. After EVENTALLY receiving the items after almost a year of waiting I noticed something rather odd about the item. The graphic novel was supposed to be individually numbered, signed by the creative team and include a hand drawn illustration of Elvis by Michael Shelfer. The book simply had a sticker applied to a single page with only 2 signatures, the book is not numbered, as stated, and the illustration is TOTALLY different to ALL official copies that I have seen. The illustration in my copy is tiny in comparison, on a different page and is not signed or numbered as ALL the other copies I have seen. I have E-mailed Z2 comics with photo evidence on 7 separate occasions since March 16th this year and have not received a SINGLE response. I only wish that I had seen their reviews online before I had ever even considered purchasing from them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Not worth it

Ordered King Diamond comic deluxe set it arrived missing the mask, a year later the mask turned up after promises, failed dates coming and going, was expecting a mask that was better than what turned up, a light plastic face mask similar quality that you get in poundland but certainly didn’t cost a pound and not only wasn’t worth the time spent waiting or the extra money i paid for it. Ended up cancelling the judas priest deluxe one due to it. Amazon sells the graphic novels on there better getting from them direct without the extra expensive extras that aren’t worth it
