Still no response shocking customer service still waiting for refund don’t have the decency to respond

Very good service

They sent me a product key that doesn’t work. I contacted them, but I got no response. I lost money. It’s a scam!!

very responsive the iptv works like a charm play spotify is very excellent no problems the only problem i had was with youtube premium but they refunded me thank you for that customer service on whatsapp a second to none i highly recommend their service i just wish they had most services to offer

Over charged me £10 and I get no response from them

Bought a couple of subscriptions which worked but then decided to buy a 6 month subscription which stopped working after a few days. No response to this so lost my payment. They then posted an update saying the issue was resolved. I took a chance as earlier subscriptions had worked but sadly this one stopped in less than 24hrs. No response at all from seller.
They claim a full warranty and top rated customer support!!

Paid for a Spotify premium but they didn’t provide the membership I purchased. When I tried to contact, all of my messages were ignored

Still waiting 6 days for 2 subscriptions to through. Paid for them and sent them proof of payment. Sent multiple messages.

Very disappointed with this company. They've been promising to fix Spotify for months, but never do. I've lost over 6 months worth of money now with these sharks.

Terrible. Used them for years for spotify & YouTube with no issues. This year paid for multiple spotify accounts, after a month all stopped working. Months on and No refunds given or rectified problem!!

SCAMMER: The product key that they supplied didn't work, and there has been no response to my emails.

Paid for a year of perplexity pro got 3 weeks
Paid for Amazon ad free got ads
Paid for iptv got nothing but trouble
So far Spotify ok
Ask for stuff to be fixed don’t happen but yet after get messages to say fixed but never the case started off great but just downhill from then on.

Paid for service and sent proof of payment but product not received and no response received to emails.

Used to be so quick to sort things out, but this is the 2nd time this has happened with z4keys now.

If I ever receive a response then I shall update my review accordingly.

UPDATE
No communication but order finally received over a week later.

I bought a premium duo spotify package all log in details were delivered promptly without any problems. This is my 2nd year with this company I can't fault my experience so far highly recommend 5* service team
