My brother & I took out a one year Spotify deal. It only lasted a few months..
I sent numerous emails.. NO REPLY!

AVOID They took my money and disappeared.
Do not pay via Taptap Send there is no way to get a refund. I paid over £50 and they ignored my emails and texts. I did not get a service nor a reply. If it sounds too good to be true ..........

Z4key was really good 2 years ago when everything works and the reply to emails and messages were great. Now? You cannot get untouched with z4key if anything goes wrong. I lost money on once pay that is it.. if it works great if it doesn't work, well u lost your money because theres no help. Tried to get refund from apps that don't work is impossible to you're lost.

Rubbish customer service.

Not received what I paid for no reply to messages via what's app. Impossible to get hold of.

Spotify canceled after few days of purchasing a 1 year Duo account.

Update: They tried to resolve the issue by adding me to a family account, but that account was also canceled—or I was removed from it—and my account reverted to a free account again.

Got charged £48 for what was advertised at £29 twice! I emailed, 2 days later I got an email cancelling my order, no refund of money, tried umpteen times to contact but still no answer

You cancelled my Spotify sub less than 24 hrs after payment and has refused to reply several messages.pls sort it out

After purchasing and then having no response for several weeks with no communication I was eventually upgraded to Spotify Family Premium
It lasted 1 week and then we lost all accounts, been sending emails, Whatsapps and FB Messages but no response. Now £100 out of pocket.

Aweful. Had a service stop working at the start of june, there was a whatsapp update to everyone with generic log ins then another saying everyone had been sent replacements. Ive not received anything. Tried messaging on whatsapp multiple times when they're online, tried emailing, tried raising a ticket. No respone. At a point where I've lost money when there should have been 6 months left of the service and no way to get any answers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Its now been 4 month's since my spotify went down not one message has been replied to seems like all of their customers have been scammed they have taken our money and ran off with it but are still continuing to sell spotify while hundreds and hundreds of their customers have been scammed DO NOT BUY FROM Z4 KEYS THEY ARE NOW NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS HAVE YOU NO SHAME ALI RUNNING OFF WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY

Subscribed to spotify . Never got service . Never got money back despite emails and whats app messages.

Unfortunately looks like the owner has run away with all the money! He use to be great, but now looks like he’s scammed a lot of people. He use to reply to questions within a few hours, but doesnt reply at all now! I have spent hundreds of pounds, but no help at all now my YouTube accounts have stopped working. Waste of money

Have been promised a refund now for 4 months, I have written and texted and whatsapped but all messages are being ignored until i wrote a bad review on TrustPilot. Do NOT buy any subscriptions from this company, its all a big scam and I am one of 1000s that got caught in it

It’s a great service and one I have used for 18 months now. payment by PayPal, Apple and Samsung would be a distinct advantage. Other than that no complaints

YouTube premium dropped for a second time. I asked for help no response they simply ignore you. I paid for a full year and I only got 3 months. This company used to be great now has gone downhill. Try to AVOID at all costs!!
