Great customer experience, easy to order, fast delivery (exceeding expectations) and it was a real wow when I opened the box, my Pilot custom 823 was beautifully wrapped and it was a delight to open - the pen is just as brilliant as I had hoped - all in all a great experience and I look forward to buying from Zafpens again.

I love ordering from Zafpens! The site is easy to navigate and the prices are unmatched. This is the only store that I buy my favorite pens from - Pelikans! The package arrives super fast (from Athens Greece to Houston Texas) and I have never had issues with delivery. Each purchase comes wrapped so beautifully and it is like opening a present everytime! Will always purchase my prized possessions (my Pelikans) from this site.
