I bought a memorial piece personalized with my Dad's photo to commemorate the 6th anniversary of his death. I loved it so much I immediately ordered two more for family members. The company sent the wrong item (they sent a beautifully framed photo of my Dad instead of the Memorial picture I had ordered) on one of my orders but it was so beautiful I opted to keep the "mistake" to give to my brother and ordered my sister a new one. My Mom had not yet received hers so I called the company. The customer service was amazing. Zero hassle and they must have gotten right on it because my family got theirs within the week. This is probably the best gift I've ever given them!
