Part of scam purchase chain. I ordered a jacked for my grandson thru another site, then I get receipt, and preparing to ship from this site, now nothing for months. Bogus scam site

Buyer Beware
Ordered a set of dinner plates from them. After 6 weeks they have not shown up. We emailed them two weeks ago and they still have not responded for an update. All of the links in the email confirmation regarding the original order and the tracking links are no longer valid. This place is a scam. Recommend you stay away.

Order placed with Zalyro.com, order confirmation received and money came out of my account against the name Kaufhalle GMBH (of which Zalyro is supposedly a subsidiary)
Goods never arrived after 6 weeks. Shipping details turned out to be fictitious. Zalyro support team ignored all my e-mails. Zalyro website has now been deleted.
Trying to claim the money back via my bank.

Zalyro - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
I placed an order on 23/11/25 for some bottles of Dolce & Gabanna Red perfume from Zalyro but I haven’t received them.
On returning to the website it doesn’t even have items like that for sale. The whole website is different and when I logged in it took me to my order but the order didn’t list there items ordered. They only sell men’s shorts and vests now, which is bizarre.
I am in the process of clawing my payment back with my bank, which I urge everyone else to do.
The store Zalyro is a subsidiary of Kaufflande GMBH, which your payment shows under on your bank statement.
Shopify also have a hand in the payments going through them, so if your clawback isn’t successful with your bank - next stop Shopify.
Good luck - don’t allow these scammers to keep your hard earned money.

Zalyro is a scam!
I placed an order on November 30th, 2025 and have yet to receive any correspondence regarding my order.
Boots are yet to be shipped or received.
I tried to contact this company (only an email is available) several times and absolutely no response.
This company is a scam. Don’t buy from them. I’m going to contact my banks and get the payment reversed.
