I had an extremely poor experience with Zaneti Furniture and would strongly warn others before purchasing from them.
After placing my order, five months passed without receiving the goods. During that entire time, communication was almost non-existent. The only way to contact the company was via email, as no phone numbers are listed anywhere, which makes actually reaching them feel nearly impossible.
I sent numerous emails trying to get updates on my order and received only two responses in return. The lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
It was only after I lodged a formal dispute that I finally received a refund. Without taking that step, I genuinely believe the issue would have continued unresolved.
This has been the worst transaction I have ever made and a customer service experience that truly defies words. Waiting months with virtually no communication and no product is unacceptable.
I will never purchase from Zaneti Furniture again. Never, never again.

I placed my order with Zaneti in December 2024. While the products looked stylish, the customer service has been appalling.

Initial delivery (Jan 22, 2025): Most of the order was dispatched, but the Elite Coffee Table was missing. Zaneti told me it would arrive in early February 2025.

Repeated delays: February passed, then April. I was told mid-May, then by June “end of next week.” Each promised date slipped, and I had to chase them every time for an update.

Damaged goods (July 2025): When the table finally turned up, the Elite Matt White Table arrived damaged. I sent through all requested photos immediately. Zaneti confirmed and promised a replacement within two weeks.

Broken promises (Aug–Sep 2025): Despite multiple follow-ups, no replacement was delivered.

Now October 2025: It has been almost a year since my order, and Zaneti has not even responded to my most recent communications.

Verdict

The furniture may look nice, but the after-sales service is non-existent.

Endless delays,

Damaged items,

Replacements promised but never delivered,

And now no response at all.

For a brand presenting itself as “premium,” this level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Zaneti to anyone — the risk of poor service and being ignored after purchase is simply too high.

Do not buy anything from here. Complete utter rubbish from Hong Kong/china. Ripping people off!!!!! Stay away

I am waiting on a delivery for an order that was placed at beginning of December. It is very hard to get communications as to when this will be happening, supposedly 2nd half of March. Am still waiting on a clarification for this, as we are now in the 2nd half of March. Next step is full refund please.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Zaneti’s! Their furniture is not only stylish and well-made but also offers incredible value for the price. We’ve had our outdoor set for over a year now, and it still looks as good as new. When one chair had a minor issue upon arrival, their customer service team was quick to resolve it with a hassle-free replacement. Highly recommend Zaneti’s for quality, affordability, and outstanding service!

We are having the same issues as others, repeated delays, little to no communication, numerous follow ups with no response or delayed response and still no delivery after 4 months. Delivery timings are so far overdue what was advised that we are now trying to get a refund. So far we have been offered only a fraction of the amount we paid and have been provided no reason as to why a full refund is not available. As such we will now pursue formal complaint avenues as a next step.

Echo the sentiments of others re delays. Really poor customer service, no communication. Still no delivery.

I wish I had read these reviews earlier. Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience - placed an order in October - upon checkout a ‘first half of December’ date was provided. When I followed up close to the date it changed to second half of December, then January and now at the end of January I’m being told they have been damaged in transit and the new date is April. Not once did they email me to change the date - it’s only when I enquired did they (eventually) respond with the delay. The 5 star reviews are clearly written with a different expression so I believe they are fake. Also, they don’t have an ABN so don’t even know whether they’re in Australia. There’s no phone number so I guess that was another warning sign! After threatening with ACCC and Fair Trading they have finally agreed to give me a full
refund - let’s see if they honour it.

Very disappointed in the Scout lounge chair purchase. I thought this would be a well built chair, but clearly cheap and defective standards. There is no quality control as I got a $500 chair delivered recently which had one leg an inch longer than the others! As such, it constantly rocks from side to side. I’m still waiting on a replacement 3 months later. Very difficult to get in touch with customer service. Avoid this company at all costs! I really regret this purchase.

The most important feature we needed for our new restaurant was lightweight stackable chairs. This makes cleaning and clearing the floor easy and convenient. The Zaneti Brighten range of Reseda green chairs with the Chilli Orange tables have given our space the lift we were hoping for.

Our pub was in need of an upgrade on the verandah and we wanted to introduce some exciting new colours. The Sprout bar stools and high tables were exactly what we were looking for. Zaneti furniture is designed to be comfortable and to last for many years. We are very happy with our new look for our pub.

Our outdoor deck was in need of adding colour to the space, when we came across Zaneti and their exquisite colourful furniture we knew we had found what we were looking for. We settled on the Matte Red Brighton dining table and chairs which transformed our deck immediately.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered two sunlounges 5.5 months ago and still no sign of them despite multiple emails chasing them up. We were told multiple times they were due to be completed by certain dates which would go past without any updates from the company. They were blatantly misleading and very rude. Would never buy from them again.

We had in mind Zaneti Vati Sunbeds when we wanted to outfit the spa's new pool deck. The Vati Sunbed has a straightforward, high-quality design with a cushion to finish the aesthetic and changeable positions. There are two colors available; we decided on Reseda Green to go with our outdoor finishes that are made of natural materials.

Placed an order last November. Nearly 6 months later I still don’t have my furniture and I’ve had no response to my query about when I might receive my order.

No customer service. 7 weeks and counting waiting for a table and two chairs, which by all indications they had in stock. Zero correspondence from them

Wonderful product but very poor customer service.
Don't reply to emails. Delivered wrong product. No notice given for delivery.

My wife and I bought a setting for our home, we bought the Sprout Chairs with Elite table, the quality is great and the Blue colour is matte and textured. Really nice finish
