Ordered a size L because they didn’t have the XL in stock, unfortunately it was too small. When I asked if I could return it and change for an XL in another colour they said I could keep the original L as a good will gesture and they’ll send an XL in another colour for me, excellent service and good quality, so wife got a new jumper 👍🏼
