Excellent Customer Service dealing with a problem

I had a delivery of several planter pots where unfortunately one arrived broken and another one was cracked. Sarah-Louise from the customer support team quickly followed up when I sent photos of the broken pots. She was friendly and helpful as she arranged for the replacement pots, which were were delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It's when things don't go to plan that you get to see what a company is really like. This experience means I am more than happy to continue shopping at Zanui.

Excellent service, fast delivery and beautiful products!

Shopping on-line with Zanui has been an excellent and stress free experience. My purchased vases were dispatched and received quickly and safely. They were packaged carefully and arrived in one piece which was very impressive as they were quite fragile. The customer service team were also excellent. They were polite, friendly, had great knowledge of their items and answered all my questions on delivery and my concerns on the vases being fragile. An impressive team, beautiful items to choose from and excellent service that made Zanui and the team a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in buying from Zanui again and in recommending them. Thank you so much, Zanui and thank you for my beautiful vases!

Excellent customer service.

I recently purchased some ceramic mugs from Zanui only to find one had a small chip.
I emailed the Customer Service team and, despite a delay in the response due to an incorrect email address, Carla was quick to resolve this by having a replacement sent out me. Her follow through from the moment she received my email until the moment the new mug arrived was just excellent. It is so nice to experience this level of customer service which sadly is becoming increasingly rare these days.

Excellent customer experience

Our product arrived damaged (most likely in shipping) and Zanui was extremely quick to respond and refund and were most helpful. It was an excellent customer experience and left a good impression given the disappointing circumstances.

Faulty product excellent follow up

One of the products was delivered in a faulty condition. I was provided with a refund and was advised I could dispose of the item as I saw fit rather than having to return a rather large item. Communication was prompt and courteous
