MUST AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! EXPENSIVE AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE IS RUBBISH!!! - They will non stop harass you to buy their boiler and promise you everything on the earth to select them. They say that the worker will fix anything that was damaged etc. However this was not the case. The installation people did not have the time to do anything and they never took 100% into their standard and service! they made so many mistakes. Radiators sizes were wrong but still installed them and looked outrageous. Leakage from our ceiling due to them draining out the water. Once mentioned to fix it he didn't even have the time and just made excuses and went away. Once boiler was installed didn't leave a manual or even have the courtesy to explain to us how to set up the timer etc due to not having enough time! Simply did not take the time and care to explain anything! Zanussi system of running a company is outrageous and simple don't care about Service at all !! Zanussi simply take in the big money and pay cheap boiler installation companies to do the jobs. Their system is exactly the same as Amazon deliveries. Pay a small company to do the job and that small company is pressurised to complete so many jobs at a short deadline which leads the poor workers having no time to deliver a top service or do an excellent job with care! I never write a complaint but the amount of money we spent on this boiler is horrendously expensive and the service and delivery provided is appalling! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Although I give Zanussi 5 stars for their boilers and excellent and very professional installers I can't say the same for their Salesmen. I had an initial enquiry conversation over the phone about the possible discount for a replacement boiler if mine was over 10 years old. During this conversation payment methods were brought up and I said I wanted to pay cash. However when the salesman visited me he told me there was 3 payment types and one of them was a two year interest free option which I chose. I did get a customer care phone call to ensure I was happy with what I had signed up to and if I agreed the cost, which I did without knowing that a one of payment was what they were talking about. I have now received a request for the payment in full and when I contacted the company they say they do not have such and option which means I have to pay in full thereby causing me stress at such an unprofessional way to do business. I could have got a far cheaper costing, but with the added benefits, and definitely because of the two years interest free option I chose them to do business with. It is now costing me far more so I would like to let other possible customers know that they should take a very close look at their terms.

Fitted my first Zanussi boiler yesterday, easy to install and looks a good bit of kit.
Finance available as well
