Great Quality, Fabulous Customer Service

I ordered a set of about 30 dresses for a show choir, and I was honestly blown away by the quality. The dresses were extremely well made with heavier zippers that don’t need to be replaced after one wear.

Customer service was outstanding - a rep (Joyce) reached out to me after I submitted my order to double check the sizes and the date I needed the dresses by. I got the dresses earlier than expected and she was so kind. Would absolutely order from them again!

I am beyond angry and disappointed

I am beyond angry and disappointed. I ordered matching dresses for New Year's Eve, but they are a total catastrophe.
The dresses look nothing like the pictures, the bottom part has extra fabric that wasn't shown online at all. Furthermore, the sizing is completely wrong: S fits like an M, and M fits like an L. They look like shapeless sacks on us.
The worst part? When I complained about the wrong design and sizing, customer service seriously suggested I take them to a tailor to get them fixed!
Now they want me to pay for expensive shipping from Germany to the USA and charge a 15% restocking fee for faulty items. I was literally in tears. I will NEVER order here again.

Good customer service

UPDATED. Very disappointed. Quality of dresses (three) was very good. I’m normally a size 10. Ordered a size to be sure. 4 inches / 10 cams too tight on the zip. Dress said 8. When I queried, they said it was a USA 8, UK 12. I would have had to order a 16 to 18 for it to fit me.

Update
Since this review, they have contacted me and agreed to send larger size, and to expedite delivery. Very pleased with their response and their customer service. They did point out there is an accurate sizing chart on their website. Make sure you follow this as they aren’t normal UK sizing, but the measurements are accurate.

Exceptional service and excellent quality!

Exceptional service and excellent quality. Purchased a prom dress for my daughter but it was too small. Spoke with customer service - a very quick and prompt service who offered a second at a reduced price and got to keep the original. A few issues with sizing and stock but customer service remained very efficient, easy to access and very helpful. Second dress arrived and its absolutely perfect!! Would highly recommend, excellent prices, excellent quality and overall excellent service !!

The purchase process was easy

The purchase process was easy although it did take a bit longer than usual trying to connect with paypal. The dress is so beautiful in the picture and I look forward to wearing it and it looking just as it did in the picture.

Incorrect sizing and return post too expensive…

Purchased dress based on measurements with a tape measure. The size provided was not true to measurements listed online. Very difficult to arrange a return with costly process to change size ( postage and tracking from Australia to USA at my expense and I am not being refunded original postage) I am not sending as out of pocket over $50 for postage. Lengthy period for refund was reported. It is not an easy return process at all and items not as described on website. Suggest alternative online options for clothes purchases.

Don't plan on returning your dress.

This sight has been a nightmare. My dress was not what was pictured & after following their measurement guidelines it was huge. It came rolled in a fairly small plastic bag. Everytime I emailed them 7x they still won't give me the address to send it to. You have 7days & I started the day after I received it. They just keep sending 15% off offers. NEVER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY! DO not order from them! I've notified my bank to louge a claim.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and paid an extra $38 for expedited shipping (3 to 8 days) and its day 10 but no dress… and the wedding is tomorrow! There seems to be easy way to communicate with this company and shipping company says that the tracking number is not valid. Never again!

Ordered size 18 AU but was more like a size 12 Paid $180 after multiply emails they and photos they offered to keep the product and receive a $15 refund what a joke the dress was no good to me and to offer a $15 refund I opted to return the dress which cost me another $42 postage and am waiting still for refund
