I was a client of this company a few months ago, that was not an "awesome" experience but yet it was acceptable, they were using Voxility and that actually caused a bit of issues with servers etc... but now it's totally different, Customer service is just brilliant, they are willing to help and work at stunning hours (like 5AM), services are awesome, I currently have a dedicated server from them and it's just working as it should have to work, it actually exceeded my expectations at some point.

Also, I've got answered almost istantly to all of my tickets except for one but the technician was actually busy.

With that said, overall experience is absolutely a 10 out of 10, no issues, no nothing, just a pure functional service with a team that will help you in any possible way.

Recommended.

I have been with Zare for a week now, and they have been good with support as well as giving a helping hand.

It was a bit of a long waiting time for my box, but the next day of ordering the box, they switched me to better gear for the same price in order to not delay it even more.

I was absolutely amazed at the support Zare have provided me over the past few days whilst choosing which server to purchase. It waited just under a miniute until I got a reply when asking about windows liscence. Overall, my experience has been outstanding and I would recommend anyone looking to rent a dedicated server to use Zare!

I would like to heartily recommend Zare if you're looking for a hosting company. I have been told by others that I can be extremely difficult to work with. Somehow they've managed to put up with me for the past 2 years whilst always remaining professional, which by itself is a massive achievement. They are very quick to respond to problems and frequently go above and beyond what is expected of them to solve any issues I have had. Their network has to be one of the best available in the Uk at an extremely competitive price. The DDoS Protection they provide is outstanding and my server has yet to go down by any attacks.
