The worst bra ever. They advertise 100% guarantee but that is not true. The product does not fit. They asked for pictures and measurements the said they'd send a new one. Months later still no replacement. Now they say they will not send a replacement. Never buy this product.

Awful experience, I bought a strapless bra off them, the sizing was completely off compared to the label and what I brought.
Emailed them numerous times and they agreed it was incorrect but refused to refund me and Instead said they would send a new one.
Months went by and nothing, have emailed again and they now say they will not refund it or replace despite the pictures clearly showing the sizing is wrong.
Terrible company. Do Not Buy.

I bought the Lift up invisible bra tape and the Front Cross Adjustable Bra. The lift up bra tape is not invisible and looks like you have a big circle on your breast. It also does NOT hold. It keeps peeling off. The Front Cross Adjustable Bra was not the right size. I tried to return both and got no response and was not able to return either. Do not buy these. They do not hold at all. I am a size B and neither worked. Buy something better.

A really bad bad purchase experience, based on misleading information that I received.
I did not receive what I asked for and, after several emails, I was told that they sent me a “new version“ of the item (I simply received a different item, and not what I already ordered in the past - as I demonstrated to the CS with several pictures).
Lost time and money.
Never again.

I purchased "Instant invisible hooded eyelid tape". At first I thought they were useless. I continue to try them. I now find they work really well. I put on some eye makeup first and finish applying when tape is in place. Lost 1 star due to size of them. A little bigger may work better. 👍

The two backpacks didn’t arrive but they claimed they did. The wallet did and they are claiming that this was the entire order. It wasn’t.

Ordered product for my wife. Then it arrived it was the size for a small child. No satisfaction from either zarylabs or PayPal. Don't ever buy from them. Overpriced junk. No return address to return either.

This company is terrible! I have repeatedly received the wrong size and have repeatedly sent them all the documentation to show their errors. I’m sick of wasting my time. I’m sure that’s their game—to make you sick of trying to get them to correct their errors until you give up. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

If there was a zero...that would be it! I ordered 2 purses...the theft free back pack! They both lasted about 3 weeks! Zippered busted on mine and straps broke on my daughters. But they won’t honor a damn thing because the defects happened after 10 days! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DISGUSTING!

Very bad quality of items and even worst customer service. The Item was ordered without me placing it. I simply looked at it on the website. When trying to cancel it literally the same Minute via mail, I was told the order had already been processed. It took them
5 weeks to deliver the order. The item itself can't even be used because it doesn't stick to the skin! They are a Scam, never again!

Do not buy from these people. Same thing happened to me as Tracy Himenez, and others. It took months to arrive and then the size was too small. They asked for 3 different sets of photos and then said that they would not accept a return or give me my money back. THEY will not accept returns or give you your money back unless they sent the wrong thing. I will never buy from them again. By the way my "Review" on their site did not work as well. I wish I had seen the reviews back on memorial weekend 2019, here it is mid August no product that shipped 3 different times and unable to really track, if it was to make it to the United States it’s up to you to contact a carrier for the remaining sipping process . After many emails and demanding a full refund....... they send me regrets & apologies but sorry no refund!!!! Had I known ahead of time where the products were shipping from I would have never bought from them. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY!!

If I could give nooooo stars I would! The sizes are not what they say. The measurements are not accurate and when I asked for a refund or exchange, they gave me the runaround for several weeks. Then they sent an email saying they would not refund because their sizes are correct. No exchange either. Don’t buy from them!! You are wasting your money. You can’t wear what then send so you will end up giving it away.

DON’T, JUST DON’T! Totally ripped me off, wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering from them. Same old story, ordered, no product after months, it didn’t ship, they don’t know why, they will resend, no refund despite numerous requests, been offered discounts for ‘inconvenience’ firstly 10% then 30%, threatened escalation of non compliance, then read these reviews so feel it is probably an exercise in futility! Like so many here, I found them through FaceBook.

UPDATE: they have now categorically refused to refund, they are going to arrange shipping, AGAIN (originally ordered 3 months ago), and have offered me 20% discount on my next order with them....after this experience, NO CHANCE WHATSOEVER, THAT I’LL BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!! UPDATE: item finally arrived, wrong size and doesn’t stick (Rabbit Bra) total waste of money, not even going to try and argue it with them given what’s happened so far, chalking it up to experience, but seriously DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!

Shocking company, do not touch with a barge poll. Been asking for a refund for a non delivery now for over a month. Found these guys through Facebook and paid by PayPal, I shall be complaing to both companies about this sham of a company....

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered nearly 8 weeks ago. When I chased it they claimed they never posted it. For 2 weeks I have been asking for my money back. I get returned messages then replies then they tell me to be patient as they will have to ask how best to proceed? I’m unclear as to how PayPal keep working with this company. I’ve not had the item I wanted nor will they give me my money back. I have escalated this with PayPal.

I wish I could post zero stars. They are the worst customer service. Do not buy from them. They will NOT take returns or provide reasoble service regardless of what they say up front. Avoid them like the plague. If I see this review gets removed, I guarantee I will post it again and again.

WARNING: The sizing is arbitrary (the 34 inch band was really 28!) and the customer service is BS (still no refund after photo proof of the sizing discrepancy and it's been 5 months), the package took 3 months to arrive. Order at your own risk. I checked ratings before I purchased, but there were no other complaints. I find this hard to believe. Folks, reviews help.

If I could give it 0 stars, I'll give it 0 zero stars. I ordered a Grey color from their website a few months ago ( yes a few months ago) and when I received the item, it was in beige! Of course I wrote in to request for an exchange. I took pictures and sent them the information as requested. Guess what? They only replied like a few months later and that was just to let me know that they are forwarding the request to their communications team. Then after another few weeks, their communication team replied to say that everything is in order. Can you imagine how speechless I was? Anyway luckily the item I bought was not too terribly expensive but frankly, for that quality I received, it should be even cheaper. I've kind of like accepted that it will never be replaced. Buy from their website at your own risk.
