poor, tried to return the product , they refused to give me a refund the shirts are horrible..

any way of giving no stars ? then that is what i will give have not received an order place 6 weeks ago tracking number is a lie and they take their payment from paypal as storm media i have already opened up a claim against the company for something else ordered and opened up the claim in paypal against wrong item so after it was closed i can not open a new claim as not received very dissapointed with this company dont waste your money

Do not touch this company with a barge pole.We bought a 'Quality Leather Bag' biggest false advertising in history. We got Paypal involved. Zaraylabs offered refund upon return of goods...back to China. Really !! i dont think so. It would cost as much again if not more to return to China. I wished we had looked at this site before dealing with these thieves.

Try to get your money back using 'Chargeback' against your bank card. Lets see if the banks can give these bunch of THIEVING SCUM a good kicking

Do not buy from this company. The item they send you will be nothing like the pictures you will see on their site. They will send you cheap garbage and since they have a no return no refund policy you will be out of luck. I learned an expensive lesson since I bought two items and both were JUNK

I ordered what looked like a fabulous quality leather back pack. What I received was defintely not what was advertised. Cheap Chinese pu.. Crappy quality. Pieces of threads still hanging off the edges. So disappointed. Will never order again.

bad company gave me fake tracking number and not send stuff at all,how you can run business like this,you do bad things it will come to you.

Joke of a company.

I saw an advertisement on FB for a product that I really wanted to try. I should have read the reviews BEFORE I placed my order. I ordered 2 items on my order, I thought I placed two orders so I contacted the company and told them that I thought that I placed two orders, they canceled 1 of the items on the order. So I had to place another order the 2nd item, they gave me a "code" to use free shipping, but the code was not a valid code so I thought okay I will go and order. now this time it showed that I did place two orders. I have decided that now that I want to cancel my orders and I will try to find the items some where else. If I could give them a 0 I would.

The part of the conversation below: we are still working on it to provide better service---that is a sad because without customers this company will fail. Customer service is the most part of a company.

I contacted them through FB and here is the conversation:

Me: is there a number that I can call and stop all of my orders, i have not the best experience with your company.

Them: I am sorry but we are still working on it to provide better service to our valued customers. For now, you may reach us out via email at support@zaryalabs Thank you!

Me: I want all of my orders canceled and ALL of my money back

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would give it that. I have been waiting for nearly 2 months for something I purchased and am still waiting. While my follow up emails every 2 days get a reply every 4 days if Im lucky, the standard reply is please be patient this is the dispatch number which comes back as invalid. When I follow up again no one replies me with a date it was sent. Then I get another reply saying sorry we will resend! WORST COMPANY AND SCAM EVER!! STILL NO REFUND OR ANYONE REPLYING!!!

I do not often write negative reviews, but I feel I have to in this instance. I ordered 2 x quality leather backpacks from this company, what I received were 2 cheap pu backpacks. They are so bad that I am going to throw them in the trash. I asked to return them and for them to return my money, but they said they could not unless they were faulty. In the UK we are supposed to be protected by law in these circumstances and we cancel an order within 14 days after receipt of the goods and obtain a full refund, but this company is probably not based in the UK and I do not know where to go to get this law enforced. Do not order from this company, they are a scam, they advertise quality goods and send you sub-standard goods. Their advertisement was for 'Quality Leather' backpacks but in the small print it says pu leather, which is not leather and they are obviously trying to deceive you. Please ensure this company does not receive any further orders.
