Hello, I’m extremely frustrated with this situation. My ZebPay account has been restricted for more than 2 days now after a few incorrect PIN attempts, and the issue is still not resolved. I’ve already contacted support earlier, but I’m only receiving automated responses with no actual help. This delay is unacceptable as I have a time-sensitive payment pending. I request you to urgently escalate this issue and have a real support agent review my account immediately. Please provide a clear explanation

ZebPay’s payment handling is extremely disappointing. My transaction has not been processed, and they have not provided any transaction ID, yet the amount is still blocked/held.
If a payment is not completed within the valid time window, it should be rejected and reversed immediately. Instead, there is no processing, no transaction proof, and no clear reversal timeline. Support only responds with generic references to Terms of Use, without addressing why funds are stuck without a transaction ID.
This is not about lost profits or market risk — it is about customer money being held due to system inaction. Poor transparency, weak accountability, and frustrating customer experience.

Zebpay is total fraud, in 4 years they deducted the invested coin every month equivalent to 1k. Who the hell give them rights to cut the invested hard income. I would urge people not trust indian crypto exchanges, they and their founders are a**holes.

Worst company they have taken all my money and showing now zero

I started using the Zebpay app in July 2025 and invested about ₹2,000 in crypto coins for the long term. However, when I opened the app two months later, my investment was only showing around ₹800.
​They had sold nearly ₹1,000 worth of my coins without my permission and charged a membership or inactivity fee. They never mentioned these fees before, nor did they send any reminder or prior notice through email or messages. This feels like a total scam targeted at new users, and their customer service replies are unprofessional.
​I sold all my remaining coins and deactivated my account instantly. There are too many hidden charges. You have to pay a fee when you buy, pay another fee when you sell, and then pay even higher charges when you withdraw.
​Think a thousand times before using this app.

I had invested with them. When the coins were substantially in profit they prevented me from selling the coins. First the selling option was deactivated. Then they deactivated the mobile app. Eventually I had to use a windows PC after a week, and exit my positions with a loss. Will never invest with them again. They are not to be trusted with your money. Now after exiting most part of my investment, the app is back to normal on my phone.

Its a fraud company , i bought crypto from this app and now in my account there is no crypto and there is no response from company

I lost 12,000 USDT on ZebPay and have been chasing them for over 1.5 years with no resolution. I’ve sent countless emails, raised multiple support tickets, and followed every procedure they asked — but they refuse to return my funds or provide any clear reason for withholding them.

Their support team gives copy-paste responses, avoids accountability, and never offers a real solution. This kind of irresponsible behavior from a crypto exchange is unacceptable. They are holding onto a large sum of my money without justification — it’s nothing short of a scam.

If you're thinking about using ZebPay, don’t risk your funds here. There are far more reliable and transparent exchanges in the market. My honest advice: stay away from ZebPay before they do the same to you.

Today I deposite 29000 rs at zebpay and after withdrawal time I got 56000 but they demanding 30000 more for withdrawal this amount totally froud and give me the reason your score is 80% take 30000 plan and improve your score

Scammers - they make it impossible to take money out. Luckily, I got a 'free' credit so haven't put actual money in there, but now what I bought with the free money is worth more and there's no way to get it out. Stay away.

They are fraud.......Make changing in policy without informing the users and debiting their currency balance in the name of Account maintenance charges.

Stay away from these guys. They are just short of thieves. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Once you get in they make it incredibly hard for u to get out. And rob you of all your crypto assets in the process. Dealing with them is like banging your head against the wall. The fact that they are absolute idiots also doesn’t help.

My choice for the amount of stars that I give was not legitimately given to me as I was forced to select at least one star I tried contacting this company who tried to take money out of my bank account. I do not deal in cryptocurrency, nor have I ever heard of this company before I’m not tech savvy so to force me to have to contact support through online means has me confused but that’s OK. I want no dealings with this company. I will just simply block them from my credit card and I will write a Google review on them and how they’re saving trying to take money out of peoples bank account because I’ve never signed up for anything for Zeb pay yet here we are with two transactions that were declined thankfully But to contact customer support that’s not good business management if you ask my opinion, especially when dealing with any kind of financial situation, whether it be bitcoin Coinbase or whatever because if you’re dealing with my transactions, I want to speak to someone at least over the phone so enjoy your one star Zeb pay because that’s all you’ll ever get from Me

I have been a customer since 2021, they offer the best service in India. And they are evolving day by day, offering lending, futures, crypto packs and all. Never faced any issues with them. Now they offer instant deposits too. My amout got credited in less than a minute.

Great features- I can do easy trading using Quick Trade or place advanced trades using the open order book exchange and in futures all in one app. I love the mutual fund like feature called CryptoPacks which lets me invest in Bitcoin and other themes in one click. I also lend my tokens to avoid the membership fee charge. ZebPay is upfront about the fee and does send me reminders about it if I don’t have an active lending contract or haven’t traded in the past month so I can trade or lend to avoid the charges.

This company is a fraud. If you want to lose your money or donate it to a scam, then you can invest here. This company has a record of closing down and disappearing. Between 2020 and 2022, they took a lot of money from people and then shut down. I invested over 50,000 INR in Bitcoin and have all the receipts. Once they resumed business, they marked my account balance as zero, even though the value of my Bitcoin was over 300,000 INR.

Another red flag is that they don't have any contact numbers—everything is handled via email so no one can record them. Their email team replies quickly, but remember, once the value of Bitcoin goes up, they will run away with people's money.
