I was genuinely looking forward to using this service and was happy to pay the advertised subscription cost of $29.95. However, during the sign-up process, I was redirected into the Vzeely app and then charged an additional $39.95.
This felt misleading and unfair, especially while trying to navigate the platform as a new user. Pricing should be transparent from the start, and customers should not feel they are being pushed into unexpected additional charges.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and has left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported as a customer.

I signed on for 2 weeks at $19.95 and was charged that plus $39.95 for a booster which I did not ask for. Immediately without asking got notice of refunds on PayPal. I wrote and said I want nothing to do with a business like this and demanded cancellation. I was charged for both anyway and it’s been almost a week and I’ve received no refund. Speaking of AI… that’s how they respond to you. They stole my money by an unauthorized charge.

Scammers I paid $67 and did not even see how my stuff was set up so I emailed them for a refund and they just sent me $13 saying that it’s impossible for them to send the full refund because Zeely around used most of my money to Crete the ad NO GOOD !
