Zeely delivers exactly what it advertises as a promotional ad and video platform at a competitive price. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because step-by-step tutorial videos would help reduce a hit and miss learning curve, particularly with video production, and the organic and paid campaign interface still requires a basic knowledge of marketing savvy from the user in order to read the metrics and ensure desirable results.
