Absolutely disappointed with the way…
Absolutely disappointed with the way this insurance company has treated me. My policy was cancelled because I couldn’t provide one specific proof of address document, even though I sent several other documents clearly proving I live there. No proper consideration was given to the evidence I provided.
Because of this cancellation, I’m now being quoted over £300 a month by other insurers, which has put me under serious financial pressure. I paid my upfront fee and monthly payments in good faith, only to be left without support when I needed help.
The customer service was just as disappointing. The person I spoke to today showed no interest in helping resolve the issue and simply told me the insurance would not be reinstated. No empathy, no willingness to review my documents again, and no attempt to help a paying customer.
I’ve stayed in constant communication so for it be cancelled is extremely unfair
I feel completely let down and unfairly treated.
I have wrote to the complaints team to be told they have up to 8 weeks , crazy!

I had a great experience at Zego when I got my insurance. I used the customer service several times and each time they were very efficient and helpful. With my most recent issue someone named Marcin assisted me with my query and resolved my issue within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
