I got the apartment easily through Agency but once payments are done, they don't provide support tenant if you face any issue with Landlord. Landlord cheated and did not return deposit amount. Agency supports Landlord for this shameful act.

I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for an apartment on a temporary basis. Mr. Peter Harf and the team were very friendly and responsive. I got the contract within 5 days of submitting my request. I booked the apartment without in-person visit and it is exactly as described in the website.

The process was a bit tricky at first but the team is really helpful and very reactive.

My experience with Zeitwohnen was very positive. First of all, their response time is swift, and I got an excellent overview of the expose. Afterwards I had a chance to directly contact the house lord to discuss details. Moreover, they also provided detailed answers during the entire process (including the contract). They also serve in English, which makes things very fast and efficient. Overall it took me a couple of days to finalize everything.
