Look wise the bag I ordered is very good but the stuff if very hard box like no flexibility so it did be difficult for me to put my things and take them out hassle free it will be a great hassle also the packaging could be better rather than a transparent shopper they could use something better.

It's disappointing to see that negative…

It's disappointing to see that negative reviews exposing issues with their products are being continuously deleted. Despite providing evidence in the form of pictures of the original suits received, they seem to be avoiding criticism. It's important for businesses to not only showcase positive feedback but also accept constructive criticism for improvement. Customer opinions, whether positive or negative, should be valued and acknowledged. Deleting negative reviews does not address the underlying concerns and can impact the credibility and trustworthiness of the brand. Transparency and accountability are essential in maintaining a strong customer-business relationship.

I have ordered 3 kurta shalwars from zellbury and a t shirt just 5 days before eid and trust me i rcvd a caĺl from their rep. Telling me that the eid deliveries are closed and than just one day b4 eid I rcvd them all ... iam a regular customer of zellbury and they proved to be loyal to their customers iam truly thankful and i really appreciate them ... highly recommended guys ....

Never order online from them, shittiest customer service everrrr

Placed a prepaid online order on May 12 for Eid (May 27). The order status stayed on "Confirmed" for a full week with no movement at all. I called the helpline almost daily to check, and 2-3 times the support team specifically assured me that the order would reach me before Eid. Proper reassurances, not vague answers.

Around May 22, on yet another follow-up call from my end, they suddenly told me the items had failed their quality check and the order was being cancelled. No proactive email, no advance notice. I only found out because I kept calling and pushing. A quality check that should have happened on day one, communicated only after the customer drags it out of you ten days later, is genuinely poor handling.

I then clearly asked for a bank refund in writing. They sent me a voucher anyway, then another email asking me to "kindly confirm my preference" as if I had not already confirmed it. The voucher is restricted to online use only, basically pushing me back into the same broken system. After multiple more helpline calls and follow-up emails, they finally agreed to process a bank refund with a 21 working day timeline.

False reassurances on call for a full week, last-minute cancellation only after I dragged it out of them, and a voucher push despite an explicit written refund request. Eid was ruined for the entire family because of how this was handled.

absolute scam

I ordered 4 suits 15 days before Eid, paid in advance, and never received them. The occasion is gone. I spent Eid without the clothes I had specifically planned and paid for well in time.

Your courier PostEx marked my address as incorrect — the same address where I receive parcels regularly from other sellers with zero issues. Nobody called, nobody attempted a redelivery, they just rejected it and moved on like it was nothing.

When I contacted your support for a refund, I was told it'll take 21 working days — and on top of that, I was offered a voucher as if that compensates for ruining a special occasion. I don't want a voucher. I want my money back.

It's been over a week now since that last conversation. No refund, no voucher, no update, no follow-up from your end. I've had to follow up myself every single time while you've been completely silent.

This whole experience has been a failure — the delivery, the support, and the resolution. You had my money, you didn't deliver, and now getting it back feels like pulling teeth.

I won't be shopping here again. And I'll make sure people around me know exactly what to expect when something goes wrong with an order here.

pink suit 3 piece

The pink suit I ordered was 3 piece, it's dopatta is very thin and looks like the suit will only last one season. Please improve quality. 3000 rupees is not a small amount for a 3 piece suit.

About the quality and price of my liked dresses Iam satisfied but on eid days and the back days my order was divided in 2 visits of rider and that rider came very very late this thing irritate me .
