Almost certain this is a fraudulent operation. I arrived after a 10 hour flight and the reservation has been cancelled. They are not even providing me with alternative accommodation and they are asking me to pay for my accommodation!
I am taking them to court but avoid at all cost!

Absolutely unacceptable service. My flight was canceled due to war, and I am literally unable to leave the country. I provided official proof, yet ZenHotels refused to help and kept passing the responsibility to the hotel and an unreachable supplier.
This company shows zero empathy and no accountability. In a serious situation like this, they did nothing to support me.
Avoid this platform at all costs. If something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

Unfamiliar brand but process worked and one night stay at Premier Inn delivered
Appalling service, cancelled my hotel booking on 28th March 2026 as my flight was cancelled. Zenhotels informed me the refund was actioned the same day. However, I have still not received my refund of £3909 and it has been over 30 days. Promised ARN number over 2 weeks but still not received. Every time I chase them, I seem to get the standard response that they apologise for delay and will get back to me as soon as possible but this is not acceptable when the refund is still outstanding without any explanation.

Excellent stay at the B&B Pitti Palace in Florence.
We were two ladies staying for 3 nights and found everything about the hotel to be perfect. Excellent location right in the heart of Florence with many restaurants nearby but still had a good nights sleep. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I totally recommend this hotel to others

Check-in was very straightforward, name, address and ID all prefilled. Location of le Collier in Antibes is perfect, especially when you're heading for Sophia Antipolis. Room agreable, good size; breakfeat very good for a 3 star hotel, exceeding expectations.

The place did not have most of the amenities advertised on ZenHotels.com when I booked. The place also charged me an additional $17 for a balance remaining after I paid through Zen Hotels. A fridge was advertised. No fridge. No ice machine either. Wifi was advertised also and Wifi didn't work. I stayed at Lodge on the River in Bullhead City, AZ.

I had booked a room and paid in advance. Due to a situation with my husband's health, I had to change the date. Zen Hotel's support were very proactive from the first time I contacted them. Support kept me updated during the time they tried to resolve the issue. In the end, their supplier couldn't change the date but did agree to refund my money. I found them very professional and offer excellant customer service. I would highly recommend this group.

I was booking my favourite hotel in Anakara when I noticed that it was no longer available on my usual hotel booking service. I then looked for it online and found Zenhotel. Actually ZenHotel showed to me that I had an equivalently convenient hotel very close by but 150€ cheaper on the week. Hotel was good, staff very gentle, services OK. Thanks Zen Hotels!
