Location is in Town and they do have free transport and tea all time free

Very good location. Close to pretty much everything. Room is comfy. Staff is helpful. Restaurant at the hotel also good.

The room I booked was exactly what the photo of it looked like on Zen website. Got the room at a great price. Won't hesitate to use Zen when they turn out to be the cheapest for a room that interests me.

Price wise and location wise it’s very good !! Choose business premium room as it’s good , clean and spacious as well as not expensive . Standard rooms are not good . Make sure you have cash Rubels with you as hotel is not accepting any other currency even cash USD & Master/Visa cards won’t work in Russia .
Location is very good and a minute walk to VDNK Metro , and right opposite to VDNK Park . Also close to Moscow TV tower.
Hotel is always crowdy with guests as most of my stay , there were groups of school children staying for some sort of competition. And reception is little hectic .
One thing which is not good is WiFi . It’s not good .

Perfect stay in this traditional stone house boutique hotel in the heart of Birgi village with an enclosed courtyard garden that servces the BEST Turkish breakfast and hospitality.

I use often other famous websites... This is the first but it will be not the last one. I found an hotel that the others web site doesn't appear

Great little hotel, excellent rooms and very clean and staff were really great as nothing eas a problem. Great location on front, food was really good. Would easily stay there again.

Great staff. They let us check in 2 hours before. The rooms are confortable and the location is great. You are able to reach the city center by metro (just 2 stations) ou by walking around 20 minutes.

The room i reserved was beautiful!! The staff was kind and friendly. I enjoyed the 4 nights i spent there. I especially love the "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am...it made resting so much easier. I will definitely be going back!

Staff was very helpful and could answer all questions we had on our mind.

My stay in Venice was enhanced by the quality of my hotel. It was conveniently situate not far from St. Mark's Piazza The staff were polite and helpful and my room was immaculately clean throughout my stay. I would not hesitate to return

Good Hotel. Beautiful view on Stazione centrale - close to the metro and the central station. Very good service. The breakfast is exceptional but a bit pricey considering that there are bars that give excellent service throughout town (price still within the standards of the industry).

Only one criticism: Mini bar - there where no snacks and the price is high -5 euros for a can of coca cola is exagerated. Small things can sour the stay.

It was good to find an alternative online hotel booking company. We found the hotel we wanted on ZenHotels.com where the likes of Booking.com & others couldn't offer it to us.
The booking process was swift and efficient and I would book ZenHotels again without question.
