This company is not only a con merchant they are full of blatant liars. Following my disastrous experience with them where they advertise a wooden mata ray made by Chad Smith in Scotland I received several weeks later a random pack of pressed pieces of cheap wood from China. Now the last time I looked China is nowhere near Scotland.

After a 'discussion' lasting several weeks involving over 50 emails they promised a full refund to my credit card within 15 working days - needless to say the refund never appeared and now they don't even respond to emails.

I have however now received a full refund from my bank and they are pursuing the cash from these con merchants.

I only wish there was a facility to post images on this site - I would then post images of the advertised and the delivered item.

Fake advert. The pottery in UK Lake District is, in fact, a warehouse in China. Avoid.

Supposed to be hand made silver cross,it's pressed from cheap metal nothing like advertised. Total scammers

I'm another unwitting customer of this online scammer. I did receive an email confirmation and tried to cancel the order but they told me that the goods had already been dispatched and I couldn't cancel. I have now raised this as a dispute with my bank so hoping I get my money back.
The catch line for them hooking me in was the 'artisan based in the UK in the Lake District' as I like to think I'm buying local

I would give it 0 if I could. Still waiting for my product and they took the money straight away. I thought it was a genuine potter in the the Lake District! I am so angry with them.... We try to support local companies only to be ripped off. Bad karma coming their way....

Advert says Chad Smith potteries but it is not, this is a company in China!

Fake products, took money but no order confirmation or tracking information

Ordered silver cross as present. Money come out of bank . No tracking number. No confirmation of order, and no reply to emails. Scammers
Eventually arrived, no hallmark and absolutely tiny. Not handmade by an American silversmith. Made in China. Junk.

Fake ceramics producer on Facebook called Chad Smith but actually made in China.
