Avoid ZenMarket at all costs.

Absolute clown show. Avoid Zen at all costs.
(I spend over 20k USD monthly)

They constantly make mistakes with HS Codes. Incorrectly charging higher tariffs & duties.

They take days and days to reply to questions, and will be unhelpful 100% of the time.

Takes freaking out over the course of 2 weeks to get actual responses.

Refusal for actual manager or supervisor support, with nobody to call, no direct contact or emails.

They do not care about the customer, even as a big spender.
They won't let you declare to customs yourself, even as a business.

These proxies make all their money with their international shipping rates, not on the tiny item fees.

They used to care, be helpful and make exceptions for their customers, now they just spit in your face.

As someone who always avoided and had bad experiences with Buyee, they are a better, cheaper, faster and more efficient option than ZenMarket now. Such a shame.

No Upfront Cost Makes It A Bit Pricey

I think I would rather purchase from somewhere where I can see all the charges up front. I just paid over $80 for a $10 item, most of it shipping, handling, and fees. I probably would not have made the purchase had I known the shipping and handling was going to be so high, but since we don't get that information until after we've already paid for the item, it's impossible to make a purchasing decision based on total cost.
The company did fine, the item arrived safely, but they didn't do 700% over item cost fine.

My experience with ZenMarket

The experience was great because purchase process is easy to understand. All the costs are very clearly presented and their site has lots of valuable information and pieces of advice. Contact with the support was also ok, took some time because of different time areas and holidays. I didn't compare comission ammount with different stores of this type, but in case of this store it seems reasonable.

Packed carefully 🫶🏼

As always, came wrapped up and packed securely. I'm so happy with this service.🫶🏼
The costumer support is always fast and very friendly. They reply quickly and helpful.
I often buy fragile acrylic stands (big and small ones) and they're wrapped up in lots of bubble wrap. None of Them ever came broken.

First Japanese proxy experience

Really easy process, each step is well communicated. Just do your due diligence and understand the various fees involved at each stage. If you read their documentation and use a duties calculator for your country, you'll be fine.

From start to finish, the process was so easy. Thank you for all the thought put into your service like the guides on the buying process and the automated messages that let you know the next steps at every step. Due to this, I had few questions and nothing that couldn't be answered without researching the thorough information on your site by myself; only a question regarding a seller's info that required direct contact with a staff member.

Thank you for all the care put into packaging my products; since they were collectible photos they were delicate but you wrapped them with so much love. That made me happy as the items are precious to me. I am happy I was able to get vintage photos of my favorite artist who has passed away. A little bit of sadness has been reduced. I will cherish them. Maybe in the future I can add more to my collection.

Good for being a first client

For being a first client, the process it's a little be complex and confused. That's the reason I don't give five stars.

On the other hand, what I like the most, it's that everything seems so transparent and secure.

I'm quite sure when I do buy frequently, that I will, this process is gonna be easier and faster.

Shipping cost excessive. Not transparent.

At the end, after paying the item, and when it arrives at the warehouse, you choose how you want it to be shipped. No indication of the price until much later when you can't change. And the shipping cost is absurd, like six times the normal fees.

Straightforward Process
