Worth the money to stay safe with business and personal files!
I started the free trial and liked the product so well I purchased a subscription on my second trial day. Customer service is quick and accurate and I have no slow downs while using this VPN. Thanks for keeping me safe!

Good app, english support only
Fast response to my problem, very polite.
One point down: it's english only. Sadly, there is no german support. My english was sufficient this time, but other customers may not be fluent enough.
Functional app, easy to handle (website and app are german - could lead customers into hoping for german support), no problem with connectivity or full servers

Dealing with older customers
Clearly, I'm a novice at computers, but jhulliann was very patient with me. Even though I was a bit sarcastic, she still remained calm, and tried to resolve my issue. I hope all agents understand these operational issues are very frustrating, thus agent must remain patient and seek the lowest explanation level. Using technical terms are even more confusing...in other words, keep it simple.

I couldn't access my streaming channels on my iPad (Netflix, Orange TV, etc. — I'm a french user). My contact told me to change my preferences for the servers and choose "Streaming" instead of "All". That's it
