VERY GOOD i love the vpn fast and good!

I had a problem with Zenmate not working with Chrome. I sent off my complaint & almost immediately got a response saying the problem is being addressed. A bit over a day later the problem had been resolved. I am extremely pleased & impressed by Zenmate's excellent & prompt service especially under prevailing circumstances. I offer the Zenmate team my thanks & best wishes.

Simple but effective VPN with wide range of servers in all the world. Only thing that leaves me a doubt: ZenMate uses 123 bit encyption instead of 256 as all the rest of VPN.

Using Premium software since 2017 with great results and plan on continuing. Excellent support service.

So far so good. Hope they live up to their no log policy and don't surprise us like proxy.sh and PureVPN did. Would be a shame if they did.

But connection speed is very good. The app is, as you can see for yourself, very polished. Didn't run in any problems so far aside from the auto-selection between OpenVPN protocol and IKEV. OVPN should really be the standard although I see the reason behind using IKEV.

Another bummer is that it seemingly took ages to implement ovpn. It was implemented in 2018. Several other providers have been using it as a standard for several years before 2018. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. I'll edit my comment accordingly.

Anyway, very good so far. 5 stars would be given out if I could, A, use the Wireguard protocol and B, didn't have to disable ipv6 to use the service without leaks.

DNS leaks aren't present. That's mostly a matter of your local settings anyway. Same goes for WebRTC: Can't blame the provider if you don't know how to properly administer the stuff you work with on a daily basis.

Keep the work up. There's still potential. But who am I counseling here. You guys know it.

It is one of the useful, practical and reliable VPNs in the market. The most benefit that you have with ZemMate is the ability to connect to some countries that you don't have in other VPNs.

Due to technical mistake I had a problem with the subscription. ZenMare support team helped me to resolve the matter with no delay and professionally. And I appreciate their assistance very much.

Here I will write about the bad expereience i had with this VPN service provider as a warning for others.

When i started using their VPN zenmate, from the start the app was a joke the entire time i was using it. Half the time it didn't connect and those other times when it did, the connection speed was excruciatingly slow, or during the connection constantly tries to reconnect or even better yet you couldn't even attempt to connect because the most popular VPN locations were always full.

So naturally after finally reaching the breaking point with this client when it even stopped trying to connect, i contacted support using live chat and asked for a refund. Admittedly i had a really good experience talking to this one support person by the name of Jhullieann who was very understanding and said the refund will be processed. Because of that nice chat i was even prepared to write a good review the next day here in spite of the obvious bad app.

But the next day i received another email from an Andrei fella from zenmate, who now of a sudden says that there can't be no refund, because of their policy in spite of my bad experience or 30 day money back guarantee, and thanked in advance for my kind understanding.

So when i wrote them back asking to explain the obviously false 30 day money back guarantee claim in the middle of their main sites , after a week or so responded that this is only for the yearly subscribers or so and their main policy for others is not on the main page but in some burrowed almost scammy policy part "read the fine print" page which suddenly states about 14 day money back guarantee not 30.

IN ESSENCE bad app , bad experience and even worse advertising.
For anyone reading, there are way way better VPN services for the price, it's just not worth it for the simple interface the only advantage it has. Worst VPN service i ever used !!!

I had a small issued with the product, though the support was willing to fix. However I needed a refund and a cancellation of my subscription which they did well and in time. Kudoz to the support!!

I got an excellent ZenMate deal a few years ago. I've been using it since then - Its always improving. May not the fastest of all but gets my work done (browsing). My review might not be suitable for someone looking to use it for streaming purposes as I rarely watch videos using VPN.
Sometimes some location does not work but it happens with any VPN providers.
Recently had issues with my subscription but support (Jhullieann) was quick to find out the issue and told me what needs to be done.

So far so good.. I have been using this service for a few days now. Super fast connection. Good amount of servers and load is good in my area.
