Recent migration to Zenoti
We have recently migrated over to Zenoti and although it hasn't gone smoothly at times (no fault of Zenoti, previous CRM provider) we have had full support and communication from the Zenoti Team. We really like their system and they have accommodated our medical requirements/requests. The system is quick and doesn't lag. It is relatively easy to use and you are able to edit and manage your forms and data.
Special mention to Rachit who has been extremely helpful with our constant questions/queries! Rachit is always happy to help and has a cheerful manner.
Naomi and Megha were also really helpful and informative at the start of the process.
Interviewer was horrible
Interviewer was horrible, he said to expect at least 12 hrs work everyday and weekend working. This is still fine what he did is really horrible and I'm not sure how an interviewer can do this. Right after the interview he contacted my current company senior manager and told him that I interviewed at their company. I just got confronted by my current company senior manager. This interviewer's name is Hari Krishna Malladi. Beware, he might be doing this to all interviewees. It is ethically wrong. Imagine the impact it has on my current role because of him. I did not expect a senior person to behave so unethically.

terrible customer service, if you have an issue and you contact them through their chat on their website, it takes them an hour to respond for every message you send them. the agent replies to your message then goes away for another another and then reply to your follow up message.

Terrible Software & Zero Customer Support – Stay Away!
Zenoti is an absolute nightmare. Their customer service is non-existent—you can’t even call them! Instead, you're forced into an endless back-and-forth via email, hoping someone will actually resolve your issue. If they can fix it, great. If not? Too bad for you.
They sell you on features that sound great, but once you’re locked in, the excuses start rolling in. Their training videos are outdated, and there’s no proper one-on-one support. If you ask how to do something, they’ll just send you an old article and expect you to figure it out yourself.
It’s a complete scam from A to Z. Avoid at all costs unless you want frustration, wasted time, and empty promises!

I have been trying to collect my payments from them since November and I haven’t even used the system since May of 2024. They owe me over $1000 and they can’t figure out how to send it to me. Definitely don’t use them. You will be miserable
