I’m really disappointed with the lack of support after the induction period. We’ve sent multiple emails and tried to ring the number provided with zero . Although the support team to get you going while taking on the software is great - that’s only for 6 weeks! I would prefer to just go back to my previous software as what was promised, is not being provided.

Ramana is amazing! He is always incredibly helpful and knows the answers to everything. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. By far the most knowledgeable and helpful member at Zenoti that we have dealt with in 5 years

We've had two follow up calls with Rachit after having taken Zenoti into our clinic 6 weeks ago.

It's a bit of an adjustment taking on a new software package but it is made easier when Rachit (customer service) is quick to respond to any issues, knowledgeable and patient enough to talk us through everything, even if he has to repeat himself.

Zenoti takes a while to get comfortable with but it's getting easier and reassuring to know that the company is very keen to help wherever they can.
