The shoes are made of rubber and other cheap materials. They smell bad, I requested a refund as soon as I saw the pair of boots come in a ziplock bag and not a shoe box. This is a SCAM for sure, please beware of them.

I was going to write a horrible review but everything all of the other people said is Exactly what happened to me so I will just save time and just say MAJOR SCAM, BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER OR YOU CAN JOIN THE SCAMMED CLUB. One star is being EXTREMELY GENEROUS with this SCAM company. I ordered shoes that were "supposedly" a size 12! The size boots I got were a 9 AT BEST! I sent them photos of the shoes compared to my feet and they even admitted they didn't send me the correct size. When they couldn't make it right, I asked for a FULL refund as this whole issue was their mistake and they had the audacity to offer me a 20% refund...and that was only IF I were to give them a positive review on Facebook! I couldn't believe it. I wanted a full refund for THEIR MISTAKE and that is what they offered me. Then there was a back and forth battle for my refund for almost two months before I finally opened a dispute with PayPal and got my full refund. The shoes were low quality and looked like they wouldn't last past a few wears. I will never order from these people again nor recommend anyone to order from this place. I should have known they were fishy when the payment went through to the name PERSONALGIFTS on my PayPal and not Zera Club. My mistake was not checking reviews beforehand because clearly, they are a complete SCAM! BUYERS BEWARE!

I canceled an order I had placed with your club within the 24 hour period required with policy. I spent $500. I couldn’t contact him. No one responded to me. I ended up sending all the items after six weeks back to the address they were shipped from the last four months. I’ve had numerous emails amongst 3 or four different Customer Service reps that don’t communicate with each other and the first one finally found my order and I sent screenshots back to them. I have received probably 10 emails since then asking for my order number I don’t have one and they haven’t returned. My money. Shoes are interior. They make really bad replicas of photos taken from catalog that sell shoes that they copy don’t order from these people. They can’t handle any refund. They can’t find the order they can’t give you an order number and I’m still fighting for $500 since October 12 I would never order from these people sign up to all the sizing is really odd and not up to standardizing that people with reputable products use

This company is a complete and total scam. I paid $100 for boots on their website only to receive a pair weeks later that look NOTHING like the images online (a case you will find all over their reviews on different platforms - Facebook, BBB, etc. The reviews on their site are not real - I tried to leave one and it never went public). Now they refuse to refund me. They’ve made bogus offers to give me 20% refund if I leave a positive review. They refuse to work with me at all and I can only get one response over the course of days. This has now been going on for weeks now. Never going to see that money again and now I’m stuck with these cheesy pleather boots with glued on soles. 🤦‍♀️

I have tried to contact them to send my shoes back as they are way too big and nothing like the photo but they do not answer my text messages or my emails. They are just a scam that was supposed to come from America but they came from the United Kingdom. Don’t buy shoes from them. You will be so sorry.

Ordered black ankle boot, women size 10. Received children’s shoes. No response from email. SCAM AND FRAUD.

If I could give this company a negative 100, I would. They send you boots that doesn't look like the picture, then they offer you replacements that you will never get. The replacements I was supposed to get was shipped to California and I live in North Carolina and now no one will answer me as to when I will get my boots. I've sent many emails and now because it's past 30 days I can't get a refund through PayPal. I'm so tired of companies getting over on people because they can, it sucks that scammers laugh in your face and behind your back and now I'm out of $103.23 like it's okay and it's not by a long shot. Shame on you for the things you do to people

This company is a scam!!! The products advertised are not what's being shipped to the customers. What arrives is a disgusting piece of crap!! i don't know where it's was dug up from. I've sent 4 emails and a response hasn't been received!!
I have to now interact with paypal and chase bank to retrieve my money!! DO NOT!!! I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

absolutly horrible, do not buy from this company. I ordered 5 pairs of boots, their size chart is all wrong. i contacted them, sent them measuments with a tape measure. they told me I had to pay shipping for the exchange boots, which I did. here I am months later no boots, when they told me 5-7 days. now whenever I email them, they tell me the boots I had are in high demand and hopefully will ship soon. 3 months later and still nothing. I asked for a refund many times and they refuse. do not deal with them!!!

You can never talk to a human being. Everything is on email so you receive an endless amount of them. I wanted to cancel my order early on and the boots were not even shipped. They charge an international fee as well at the time of your order. I contacted PayPal regarding my complaints and they agreed and reimbursed me. I would never recommend Zeraclub to anyone.

Very poor quality. Not at all what I expected for the price. Poor/slow customer service. Basically not able to return, even if willing to pay postage. A scam or at least feels like a scam.

I am writing this review just to say that number one red flag for this company and website is that they are advertising a shoe made by another very prominent and very well known shoe and leather company claiming it for their own. The Black bootie trimmed in brown was stolen from Freebird's website. Reading other reviews about zeraclub's website confirmed that it is most likely a scam. I Wouldn't recommend ever purchasing from this website.

Do not purchase from here. Even though they say they give refunds they only offered a discount on another purchase. They advertised the boots as leather and when I saw them they are plastic and very low quality. There is no way that I would ever purchase anything from them again.

Same as everyone else. Do not purchase from this site definitely a scam! They won’t refund my purchase even after I sent them their own refund policy.
