The products that they sell are awful. The 3 pairs of boots I ordered do not fit. They refuse to exchange them or provide a refund. I received the shoes try them on and my toe hit the very end. Their customer service is horrendous. The materials that they use in their products are extremely cheap. They advertise a suede boot and show a picture of suede leather with the boot. The boot I received was cloth and was more like a house slipper. Do not waste your money. They have terrible products.

I purchase 2 pairs of shoes they were disgusting plastic supposed to be woven but the weave pattern was imprinted on the plastic, they did not fit as plastic did not give
i requested a return and refund over a month and many many emails trying all types of tactics they have asked for photos, offered various % of the total as refund and keep the shoes or credit, told them i would never buy any of their goods so wanted a full refund.
They have twice tried to blackmail to put a smiley happy face on their review then they would give a full refund and keep the shes.
Basically they are criminals trying to blackmail and a requesting for me to lie both are punishable offences.

they sent a different pair of boots than what I ordered. wanted what was in the picture but they sent something completely different and now i can't even get to a site where i can e mail them...... never again.

I wear an 11 US shoe. I ordered Size 13 Boots because foreign companies have not learned nor respect American shoe and clothing sizes YET. They sent size 12 Boots. I Notified them of their mistake. They also sent boots folded over on a thin filthy plastic bag in simmer heat. The Boots size is WAY OFF! THE PHOTI LOOKS PRETTY, buy the boots dont look as nice and are cut narrow and tiny. 139.95

I ordered a brown sandal, which I liked looking soo nice in the picture but it's the way opposite in reality. It looks soo cheap and look like the leather is just made up of paper, very cheap and very low quality that even $3, you would not buy them. And I paid like almost $90 for those. Oh My, how these people can sleep at night when they scam people. Don't get scammed with the nice shoes they show on the pictures, they are totally different. I am telling the truth that you won't buy those shoes even for $3 or even a dollar.

Ordered leather boots received order there cheap plleather said they were waterproof then the card says don't get wet. I would not give them any star they are true scammers stay away from these people save your money.

This company is horrible and a waste of money. I wished I would’ve seen this site before I ordered. I ordered two pair of Fish mouth wedged sandals I was so excited couldn’t wait to receive them. Thought they were super cute when I received them. Oh boy was I disappointed cheap plastic way too small. They said I could keep the order and they would refund 40% which doesn’t even pay for one pair, so I text back and said 80% refund. This is what Zara club sent me back.

What!!!! This company is a total scam. They want me to lie to get my money back and who’s to say they’ll even refund after I do what they ask

Terrible company. I ordered shoes, all of them the wrong size and sent them back. This person called "Coco" responded a couple of times but never heard from them again. They are attempting to steal from me rather than respond and process a refund.

I purchased two pairs of shoes which took forever to be mailed to me. The quality is extremely inferior and the buckles on one shoe do not even work. I asked to send me information to have them refunded and they told me they would not refund them. Lessons learned because I should know better than believe they were a reputable company! Buyer beware!!!!

Worst quality ever. This site is a scam. Their shoes are plastic that no dollar store would sell them. Awful quality, horrible customer service, no phone number, no updates on purchases, but very fast high $ charges

I ordered a half size up from what I normally wear and they were still too small, the part of the boot that comes up around the calf was more than an inch and a half too small but that size listing was never on the website. I contacted the company for a return and they tried to get me to participate in some sort of Facebook smiley game to get other people to buy their terrible product and when I refuse that they told me that I could keep the boots for a 40% refund which I don't want because I don't want the boots because they don't fit. I ended up escalating the issue through PayPal and got a full return on my money this morning.

I had a negative experience ordering a pair of boots that became OUT OF STOCK. It was not resolved to my satisfaction.
I think the Zeraclub company is failing, for whatever reasons, so they are not manufacturing any more, to fill orders. I think wrong sizes are being sent to get rid of stock and refunds are not being issued, as they are hanging onto what money there is left.
This is unfortunate for customers. Early in 2023 I received a nice little pair of pink shoes I was happy with but could not keep wearing. It seems like problems in the company started to happen shortly after this.
I think the Zeraclub company may be absorbed by another company as I've found footwear styles sold by Zeraclub are appearing on other websites. Customers, be careful!

Bought 2 pairs of boots, ask for size 6 and got size 7.
At the price I paid, I'm better off selling them instead of returning them back and rick not getting my credit.
Won't buy anything from them again.

96% of the photos on their website are stolen from legit higher end shoe companies- AS 98, Freebird, El Vaquero, Miz Mooz, Bed Stu. You will not get a high quality leather shoe you will end up with plastic junk. Buyer beware!!

Shoes are not like what i ordered, they are vinyl not leather and they stink of some toxic glue. They wanted me to put a good review on their site to receive a refund. What a scam. I am going through PayPal resolution to get a refund.

Absolutely crass quality, wrong size. No details to obtain refund. I think this firm is a huge scam. The shoes looked nice on the screen but in reality.....horrid, horrid quality. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this firm. I think they are a disgrace and a scam.
