This is another Chinese scam site. Do not order!!!
I accidentally ordered 2 duplicate sets of boots. I struggled to return the duplicate set. They said I would receive a refund but they did not refund it. I then struggled to get the refund for the last 10 months. They now claim they never received it. Now I'm out both the cost of the boots & the cost to ship them back! I'm now trying to get further proof of the delivery. Worse yet, the boots are NOT High Quality!!!

So Zeraclub shoes…. Just don’t. I got excited because they had my size. So I ordered and even sizes up 1/2 a size, because who I am kidding, it’s so hard to find 11 1/2 anywhere! Anywho, it takes 3 weeks for the shoes to get here only to put them on and them be 1/2 size too small. So now I’m arguing with some who I can only assume is a Chinese lady (due to the packaging writing) about a possible return and refund of money. 7 days this has been going on.. 7 frickin days. They’ve made it clear they don’t want to return the shoes and are continuously attempting to not give me my money back. At one point they offered me a $30 voucher when I paid over $100 for both pair. You’ve got to be kidding me you come at me with that ridiculousness even after in every email I’ve told you I want a refund of full price paid. So at this point it almost looks like I will have two pair of shoes that don’t fit me and no money. But don’t worry I’m not giving up that easy on my refund. But definitely feeling like my attempts are futile.

Sent the wrong size boot. Told me shipping would be too expensive for me to return/exchange (why would I pay it? They messed up). Told me to give wrong size away as a gift then they'll give me a discount on next purchase (no thanks). Told me to keep wrong boots for 20% refund then 40% refund. Purchased through PayPal so after filing and accelerating complaint, 100% of my money back. They are 0 stars. Do not shop with them. Boots are Chinese junk anyways. Zeraclub/Giftscheer

I placed an order and I was dissatisfied with the fit and quality of the Women'S High Top Wedge Platform Fish Toe Cool Boots. I am rating 0 stars (I didn't see the option, that's why I chose 1 star) It mainly was the design that made it fit loose on my ankles. First of all it took like three weeks to receive them. I tried to returned them one day after I received them because I didn't like the fit (due to the ankle design) and the quality. They wouldn't honor the request. They refused to give me a full refund. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please look at the reviews before purchasing from Zeraclub.com. I should have done that and did not, know I'm stuck with a shoe/boot sandal that can't wear/use. They are suggesting to keep it because they are saying "the returned postage is not worth it to me" and are offering a 20% off the item and to keep the shoes/boots that I will not be able to wear because the ankles are (due to the bad design or the way they are made) are loose. There is not enough support to walk comfortably on them. 0000 stars for them.

I ordered 8 pairs of boots. Received 3 of which are to small. 12 emails later, 3 replies stating they're being shipped. One of them are orange?? Two of the pair are really nice.
Still no reply and I have sent 4 emails today with nothing. I am hoping to get the rest but, I'm not going to hold my breath.if, you're going to order from this company just order one pair at a time just in case. I lost a few hundred dollars so buyers be aware of where you're ordering from.

I've been waiting two weeks for my item to be marked shipped only to go to the USPS website and they have been awaiting the item for 5 days. When I contacted the store they said "We had to manufacture your item and will ship it when its ready." I will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots and the ones they sent look nothing like the picture! They are extremely cheaply made and look so cheap I would never wear them! I tried to return them and they told me the shipping cost wouldn't be worth it so I should just give the boots to a friend? Are they kidding??it's that or a 15$ coupon, I am filing a complaint with my bank to get them to get my money back...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give zero stars I would or a big middle finger! Fraudulently charged my PayPal account. Would not refund my money even after PayPal verified that I didn’t order it! Do not buy anything from these sorry pieces of excuse of a business!!!! Then they sent me a link to leave a review and deleted it! They post fake account and leave high reviews! Go read google reviews !

Ordered a pair of boots and they sent the wrong size. Sent them a photo of the boots next to a ruler and a picture of where the boots are marked that their not what I ordered. And yet they will not process a return, exchange, or refund, and only offered coupons towards my next purchases from them. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't order from them.

Allegedly calf leather boots were made of cheapest plastic. They had a very strong chemical smell and they did not look at all like the photos on the website. The size is too small, an issue I never had before. NEVER AGAIN!

0 stars. No phone number. Only email that responds with computer automated replies. I placed an order for 3 boots and they took the money then told me 1 was out of stock and kept emailing me to pick another color. I wanted to just cancel the order and they never sent any boots or got refunded. They've played with my head for week and still going until I realized this is a international company and there's no police reports we can write or anything. The company deletes all reviews under 5 stars as well. I just had to swallow the ordeal and never order anything outside the United stated

One star because I have to rate it. This site is a total scam. I have seen those really cute boots before and gone to their site. What you get is not what you see advertised. Now they have to post pictures of the real deal and they are nothing like the pictures that lure you in. Today I saw those boots on FB and was wondering if that was a reputable site this time but no, it’s the same one. Horrible craftsmanship. Extremely cheap materials. Very ugly and mis-shapened boots. The heel is red and chunky and gross. I tried to leave a public comment which FB deleted. I tried to comment three ways and it would not let me. Buyers beware! You will most likely not receive your order and there is no customer service. They will not refund even after they tell you they will. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a beautiful pair of boots and the ones I got are very cheap made and not the same material or color! Almost sane style is all. I'm asking for a refund and I keep the cheap boots!!!

I order 3 pair of shoes on Aug 31. When I inquired about when they would be shipped two weeks later, someone in California created a "label", but it just sat in that status until I inquired again. I inquired again and was told it would about 15 business days to get to me. After I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau my shoes arrived two days later. They are plastic garbage not leather as advertised. Two pair were shipped in paper generic boxes that were smashed. The third pair was just wrapped in bubble wrap and also crushed. What a disappointment! Their site is false advertising. Don't purchase from this company!

Please do not buy from this site. I spent 140.00. Both pair of boots did not fit and they didn't look like the website. They would not take them back. They said 50% refund but I only got 30%.

The shoes I received looked like a very cheaply made shoe. They didn’t look like the shoe on the website I ordered from. Their sizing chart was really confusing. It was not easy trying to figure out which size I was supposed to order.

I had to email them to ask for a refund because the shoes were two sizes too small. They responded asking me if I had measured myself correctly and assured me they made no mistake.

They send very low quality shoes that don’t look like the shoes advertised. In my experience, they were not willing to give me a refund.

I would recommend not ordering from them.
