ZeroGPT is the most advanced and accurate tool to detect ChatGPT and Google BARD generated text. With Zero GPT, you can check which sentence is generated by AI and it will be highlighted, and which sentence is written by human. In addition, a gauge will show you the percentage of AI plagiarism inside your text.

Extremely inaccurate and useless
Highly, highly inaccurate tool that gives far too many false positives and may unfortunately make life more difficult for students and writers who are actually doing their own writing. How do I know? I am a professional writer who still writes everything by hand. But I check my work against these so-called AI checkers because I know that editors out there are probably using them. Even if I write every single word myself, ZeroGPT will still say something ridiculous like 20% AI when the far superior, actually useful GPTZero (a different tool with an unfortunately similar name) will say 0% AI and 100% human. Remember: use GPTZero, not ZeroGPT.
Calling their AI checker garbage would…
Calling their AI checker garbage would be a disservice to actual garbage.
Apparently, whatever they fed their checker during training consisted either of Reddit posts or 3rd grade-level writing, because in their opinion, human beings can't have a decent vocabulary that includes multi-syllable words and compound adjectives. Or, God forbid, humans actually write detailed descriptions. How dare they, right? No human possesses imagination. Sure, only AI is capable of that.
They flaunt their services as "trusted" on their website and promise a 98% accuracy of the tool with a 2% error margin. That's the biggest BS ever. I've done so many experiments to see what triggers it, what specific words or sentence structures make it have this knee-jerk reaction, and came to a simple conclusion: it's dumb, and you need to write dumb for the AI detector to believe you're human.
It's upsetting that they don't have those nice review forms on their website, but also smart, because they'd end up inundated with outraged comments. The worst thing? It pops up first if you Google search for a detector.
Please, just don't use it. It's trash. Pure trash. I seldom write reviews, especially if they are scathing, but I'd give this zero stars if I could.
Biggest AI slop of all AI slops
Biggest AI slop of them all
Lets say you have an essay due tonight, no problem right? so youre doing some finishing touches and decide to go check how AI it looks, so you cant get a fail because of that.
Worst mistake of your life!
No matter what you do it will never be 0%, thats unless of course you get the closest 4 year old who doesnt know what a comma is to write it.
i spent 30 MINUTES to try to get it to less than 20% but oh it just kept going up and up and up! eventually i give up and go check the humanizer thats linked on the site to see how im (APPARENTLY) supposed to write it.
LETS JUST SAAY that 4 year old couldve written it 5x better. It removes every comma in sight, because obviously nobody real uses those anymore right? It also gives EVERY SINGLE TINY THING AND DETAIL their very own SENTENCE. Oh and of course it came as 0%, like thats how humans write right?
anyway i knew better than to submit that slop and just used what i had.
DO NOT USE IT unless youre teaching second graders of course then its probably fine.
Anybody who knows how to write like a normal person will never get a zero on it though!
would give 0 stars if possible
thank you, bye!
(I have 5 minutes to finish it now but this rant was 100% worth it)
This is one of the most useless AI…
This is one of the most useless AI detectors. Shame on whoever is behind it. SHAME!! Your faulty tool is making life a nightmare for students and freaking professional writers! Pull it down or improve!!
My wife subscribed to ZeroGPT in July…
My wife subscribed to ZeroGPT in July 2025, intending to buy a one-month plan to check a single document. Instead, I was charged for a full annual plan without receiving any confirmation email or invoice. I only discovered the charge later when checking my bank account.
She immediately contacted support, but they refused a refund citing a 7-hour refund window, which is unreasonable — especially since no confirmation was provided. After one reply, they stopped answering my emails altogether.
I have never seen a subscription service with such an unfair policy, and the lack of transparency plus poor customer support makes this company highly questionable. Be very careful before providing your payment details.
I’ve tried several AI detectors
I’ve tried several AI detectors, and most of them give false positives and are unreliable. ZeroGPT, however, is much more accurate. It correctly identifies AI-generated text and human-written text with far fewer mistakes. I really appreciate how reliable it is, and I would recommend it over other AI detection tools. This is the only one I’ve found that actually works well.
Avoid
Please, PLEASE just use any other site if you're a teacher reading this. Half the class fell victim to false claims while every other AI detector proved our work to be original.
Inaccurate
They are inconsistent
They are inconsistent. I checked a document and they marked it 27% AI. Rechecked it after a few minutes and turned out 75% AI. Mind you, it is the same document without any changes. I feel that they are doing it intentionally to sell their AI humanizers! What a shame!
Victim of fraud
Have never used this site. Woke up to 4 payment transactions trying to be taken out of my account. Avoid avoid avoid.
Fake checker
Fake checker
I copy and pasted an entire poem from ChatGPT and it said it was 0% ChatGPT. This is a fake AI checker. Do not reccomend.
ZeroGPT is the disaster of our time
ZeroGPT is the disaster of our time. The tool is very dishonest, draining to say. I do not understand why the company must exist with this level of conmanship.
The company should collect people's views about their tool and improve it.
The tool will flag an originally written work 100% placing you at war with your own knowledge.
Complete Failure, Fraudulent and Random Scores
Same as everyone here, I upload my work which is all written by me, some times I get 40% AI written, I rephrase the highlighted AI text, and after uploading again it shows as 70% AI generated text. The same paragraphs that where previously unflagged, suddenly become AI generated. I hate that my school is using this fraudulent website.
An absolute SCAM
100% AI written but I wrote it.
This service is a fraud.
I suspect some players in a Roblox rapping game are cheating with ChatGPT. ZeroGPT falsely identified AI-generated lyrics as "human written" in my texts, both with their bars and a random ChatGPT script. This unreliable tool is essentially a coin flip and shouldn't be trusted.
ZeroGPT is complete trash
ZeroGPT is complete trash. I feel cheated as they have taken annual subscription instead of monthly subscription. Anyone can provide their legal address to start a court case against them in the UK. Want to exercise my statutory rights against this fraudulent company.
ZeroGPT Is Zero Help – Here’s Why It Sucks
i would have given this 0 stars if it was possible

**ZeroGPT is a Complete Joke – Don’t Waste Your Time**
ZeroGPT is, without a doubt, one of the most useless and laughably bad tools I’ve ever come across online. It's marketed as some cutting-edge AI detector, but in reality, it’s nothing more than a random guess generator wrapped in a terrible user interface.
Let’s get one thing straight: it doesn’t work. Not even a little bit. It throws out “AI” or “Human” labels with the same level of accuracy you’d get flipping a coin. Human-written essays? Flagged as AI. ChatGPT-generated responses? “Looks human to us!” It's like the developers just slapped some percentages together and hoped no one would notice the incompetence.
The design looks like it was thrown together in 10 minutes by someone who’s never heard of UX. No details, no insights, no reasoning—just a bar that says “this is probably AI” with zero explanation. Thanks for nothing.
And let’s not forget how it's being used to falsely accuse students and writers, based on complete garbage logic. It’s irresponsible, harmful, and downright idiotic. If you’re relying on this thing to make serious decisions, you're setting yourself (and others) up for failure.
Bottom line? ZeroGPT is trash. Avoid it like the plague.
Scum
They're scummy. When I typed my work myself, they flagged it as 100% AI-generated, which my teacher used to give me a zero.
